FULL DESCRIPTION



This home has a private in-ground pool with outdoor seating which is the perfect spot to relax with a cool drink after a day at the beach. There is an outdoor grill perfect for a BBQ by the pool on days you are not at the beach. Located on West Manatee Ave, you are only minutes to the beaches of Anna Maria Island and Bradenton Beaches.



The living room is spacious and newly decorated with leather seating that is perfect for watching shows or news on the large screen TV. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a walk-in closet to unpack. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and a large walk-in closet, and the third bedroom has a queen bed with a dresser and a large closet. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, stemware, and basic appliances to enjoy meals made at home. Eat in the dining room in the home or on the large picnic table outside on the lanai.

* PLEASE NOTE- if you plan to bring your dog. Although this is a prime location so close to the beaches, it isn't a fenced in yard and there is a fairly busy street nearby. Please be aware of that when booking and plan to keep your dog leashed or with you at all times. We want everyone to enjoy a safe vacation. *

The Beachway Plaza is just a 3-minute drive (0.7 miles away) and offers a Publix grocery store and restaurants. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 20-minute drive (10.5 miles) south and downtown Sarasota and St Armands Circle are about 30-minute drive south which is a great place for watching a sunset from a rooftop bar with causal and upscale dining and shopping. You don't need to go that far for dining options as Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria Island all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach. Don't forget a trip to downtown Bradenton which is on the Bradenton river and also has bars, restaurants, and Village of the Arts. The Village of the Arts is an eclectic live-work community made up of colorful historic cottages that house everything from award-winning restaurants to specialty shops, studios, healing arts, bakeries, and Bradenton’s best art galleries.



Good To Know:

Our home is professionally cleaned and inspected before each stay, as a well-maintained Florida property. You may notice minor cosmetic wear or natural outdoor weathering ( common in humid environments ), which does not affect cleanliness or comfort. If anything needs attention during your stay, just let us know- we're happy to help.



The best part of being in West Bradenton is that you are minutes to the white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. There are also several wildlife preserves nearby, great for hiking and biking. If you would rather fish for the afternoon, there are also great spots at piers around the area.
