Recently completed imposing and distinctive 1 bedroom apartment sited on the beachfront right in town, yet in an undisturbed quiet locality overlooking a mighty Airlie Bay seascape across to Hayman Island and beyond to the horizon.

Awake to spectacular Coral Sea sunrises, plan your days activities while sipping a cup of tea on the verandah being soothed by a gentle breeze tainted with a tropical scent, stroll to the nearby cafes to a delectable breakfast and follow through to an event filled day, or simply read a book by the pool, or on the beach, or the park by the lagoon keeping an eye on the littlies having fun , it is all here at the , you deserve this break.

We had a great stay at this apartment, it was clean, comfortable, well-furnished and in a good location. The space itself is beautiful, and we really enjoyed our time there. Unfortunately, our experience was let down after checkout. We were contacted and asked to pay an unexpected additional fee for using a second bedroom, even though the rental agreement never mentioned any such restriction and the bedrooms were not locked. Had this been clearly communicated upfront or reflected in the contract, it would have been a different matter, but being asked to pay extra after the stay was disappointing and well below expectations (not to mention against the law). Overall, the property itself is good but the post-stay handling left a sour note on an otherwise great trip.

What a fabulous place to stay

Great place, great location oh and the views at sunrise, laid in bed watching the sun rise! What else can I say! If you wanted to try really hard to find something to improve it would be provide a cafe-tier, but there is a pod coffee machine so how picky am I? Great place that won't disappoint.

Outstanding

Being met by a member of the Whitsunday Holiday Rentals team to welcome us on arrival was a great start to our stay. We could not have found anywhere with a better location and the view was simply stunning. With shuttles and buses available and so much within walking distance, having no vehicle was not an issue. The main street and lagoon was a few minutes walk one way and the Coral Sea Resort, where we attended a wedding, was a few minutes walk in the opposite direction. So close to cafes and restaurants, yet we were happy to often eat in with takeaway meals and enjoy the amazing views. The modern, spacious apartment had all amenities required. We were happy to trade off the very steep driveway entrance for an overall wonderful stay.

The bed was comfortable as were the two round leather chairs, they were awesome. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. A huge variety of glasses, pots, cutlery, etc. The balcony was huge with a lovely table and 6 chairs. It’s a shame the space is not fully utilised, a couple of Sun loungers would make the perfect outdoor area . Absolutely perfect location and on the flat (apart from the steep drive). We were within a minute walk of the Main Street and the beautiful Lagoon. Lots of bars, cafes and shops close by. The only negatives would be the extremely steep drive and only one towel per guest, however there is a washer and dryer to overcome the towel problem. Anyone with a disability or medical condition would struggle to walk up the drive. Also, be mindful, vehicles with a low clearance could easily catch when driving from the road on to the drive. The pool is small with only two sun loungers and no other seating. Again, there’s space for a couple more sun loungers which would compliment the pool area. We highly recommend this property.

Only thing we would have liked was additional paper products and towels. We were told we had 1 roll of toilet paper and if we needed more we would need to supply our own! No kleenex or paper towel. Only 2 bath towels, and 2 hand towels, no face clothes or dish towel. Definitely would have appreciated a couple extra towels. Overall, a great stay.

Airlie beach at it's best

This property is the best I have stayed in. The location fantastic, cleanliness, style 100%. I have never seen a kitchen so fully equipped. The pool area lovely, but if I had to have a negative, as you share the pool area, it needs more sun lounges. But if you have the place to yourself, not a problem. The manager of the property even gave us a present of a bottle of champagne for our 25th wedding anniversary. Would come back here every time.
