From the moment you enter the apartment you will be captivated by the glorious ocean views and a feeling of serenity of the natural light filled open plan design.

This homely apartment boasts a well-appointed interior, including a full size kitchen equipped with dishwasher, electric cooktop, full size fridge and breakfast bar.  The combined lounge and dining area open onto the large deck area were you can take in the spectacular views and cool ocean breezes while enjoying a cool glass of wine.

Both bedrooms are spacious and have built in robes, the master with ensuite and glass sliding doors leading to the deck

This apartment also offers a large built in office space, so if you are on a working holiday there is plenty of room to combine work and play.

Eagles Nest On Airlie is on the top floor, has a complex pool for all to enjoy, the apartment is fully air conditioned throughout and also has ceiling fan to ensure comfort all year round.  There is a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer and undercover car parking for 1 vehicle.

Conveniently located only five minutes’ walk to the Port of Airlie and the main street where you can enjoy the Lagoon Pool, specialty shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and Airlie’s famous night life.

Please note our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath/pool towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night).

The apartment was clean, had excellent kitchen and was very well equipped with everything you need for a great time on the beach and other activities. Easy walk to shopping strip and the lagoon, which was fabulous. Had a fantastic time and would come again.

The Best View!

From the moment we booked our stay, communication was the best I'd received yet as well as general care and overall consideration! I would however, recommend adding blinds in the kitchen and blackout blinds in the main bedroom, otherwise everything else was perfect! The apartment was within walking distance to the town, clean, aesthetic, comfy beds and of course the view was the best we have ever seen! Opening those blinds every morning was like looking at a painting! We had an 11/10 stay here and couldn't recommend it more!

The apartment common areas and master bedroom with en suite were nice. The second bedroom used the hall "bathroom" with only a shower and sink. The toilet was located in a separate space near the washing machine.

The apartment was fantastic but we thought there were a few things that may need to be looked at like the bbq didn’t have any gas in the gas bottle, the sliding door on the bedroom wouldn’t lock, the foldable clothing line had better days. Apart from that we had an amazing time and would recommend it to everyone.

The views are amazing and condo was extremely clean upon arrival. We loved the layout of the unit with the desk area positioned so you could enjoy the beautiful view while working there. The management staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Their communications are awesome before, during and after our stay. One very nice touch was the AC was on when we arrived in the heat of the summer day, that was sooooo appreciated. Also, they were willing to store our luggage while we went on an island adventure. This is A++ customer service, book now, you won't be disappointed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Unit was in a good position 10min walk to town. The unit was spacious, clean and well equipped. However the building had scaffolding up around the property with tradesman starting work at 6.30am every morning working on the roof making heaps of noise. There was also a new building going in at the back of the unit so the whole outside property was covered in dirt and needed a good clean and painting. We were compensated for this however made our stay uncomfortable. Airlie Beach, Hamilton Island and Whitehaven were definitely worth the visit. And customer service was great.

A short walk to the main street and lots of restaurants. As for the parking, little heads up don't park in any other car park as there was 1 very angry resident that will let you know it is his carpark. Car park numbers were very small and easily missed. Have suggested property managers put bigger signage up so it is very clear for visitors to avoid confrontation. Also, it is advertised as Eagles Nest which is not signed from the road. The building is actually called Sea Eagle so that was a bit confusing to find.Everything else was perfect.

Accom was very spacious, very clean. The only problem was the beds weren't very comfortable. One bed too soft, the other too hard. I pulled back the linen to inspect, both mattresses were quite old. My friend and I swapped beds but they still didn't provide a good nights' sleep. I did mention this to the ppty managers prior to leaving so hopefully they have passed it on to the owners.

Apart from that the amentity was good. Excellent views. We would not rent this apartment again.

A lovely quiet relaxing location, but still close to everything

It was wonderful and relaxing. Certainly enjoyed afternoon swims. Quick drive to everything. Only recommendation I would make is that a shade cloth over the pool for the middle of the day would have made it perfect! The view is beautiful, and there was plenty of space to lounge and enjoy. I would stay here again any time I am in Airlie Beach.

We loved our stay at Eagles Nest. Unit was as advertised. Great location. 10min walk to shops and restaurants. Lovely view.

Great place for family stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location and view. Easily walk to the town. Staff very helpful over the phone call to locate the key as we were having problem found it. Need to improve the pets control inside the apartment.
