Master Bedroom with California king bed and 180 degree windows that provides picturesque views of the surrounding Lake Joseph Muskoka beauty. Two (2) additional main cottage bedrooms, with new bunk beds in each. Separate from the main cottage is the private quest quarter's with its own bathroom, fridge, microwave. Guest quarter's is connected to the main cottage via a private deck with picturesque views of the lake.

The natural beauty of the Muskoka outdoors carries indoors to the main cottage with its rustic natural pine and cedar walls and floors. Open concept kitchen appointed with stainless steel appliances and dining area with table that seats up to eight (8).

Few steps from the kitchen and dining area is an open concept sunken family room and reading area with comfortable and cozy seating, rugs, and dining/card/game table. Dining/card/game table can accommodate an additional eight (8) people with picturesque view of Lake Joseph, Muskoka.

Just off the kitchen is a large outdoor living and dining space that spans the length of the cottage with bbq, above ground fire pit and picturesque view of the lake. Just steps from the gentle lapping sounds of the lake shoreline is a second lower deck with Muskoka chairs and firepit. A third back deck is appointed with propane firepit and L-Shaped couch overlooking the waterfront dock. Each of these three sitting areas offers its own unique outdoor Muskoka experience.

Large waterfront dock can accommodate 2 - 3 motor boats. Dock is appointed with Muskoka Chairs, close and distant picturesque views of the lake, two (2) single kayaks and one (1) double kayak.
