The property is very conveniently located. However, you get 1 pound per person for your entire state so if you want a clean towel or need more towels, you have to pay to wash and dry them. Also, all of the glassware and silverware was dirty and the floors have a ton of sand

Everything was just as described. We had a wonderful four-day day! Everything was clean. In the future, I would have more trash bags and dishwasher tabs available. Also consider bath mats or towels to step on when getting out of the shower. Other than that, it was an amazing experience. Right on the beach. Beautiful pool. Amazing sunsets! Highly recommend this location.

Truly loved this getaway! Beautiful location with Johns Pass directly across the street full of restaurants, shopping, and water activities! Two things, we walked the parking lot several times never to find our designated parking spot, however, we were redirected with no issues to a different spot. The second thing to note was there was no public bathroom near the pool area. If you are at the beach or pool, you have to go all the way upstairs to your room to use the restroom.

Great location right across from John's Pass, walkable to restaurants and shops. Loved having 2 bathrooms: opted to choose this condo instead of an oceanfront condo with only 1 bathroom. We would have appreciated beach towels being provided instead of having to pack our own. The bath towels were cheap and small. The floors in the entire condo were dirty, with food left from the previous renters in the kitchen. However, everything else appeared clean. Hair dryers were provided, but the one in the primary bath was very small and the one in the shared bath was broken. Communication in the beginning was great; my question was answered very promptly. During my stay, I did have a concern about the family room sliding door not locking, but never heard back from the host. The pool was wonderful with enough lounge chairs and seating. Access to the beach was easy. We had a great time during our long weekend get-away, and plan to return to Sandy Shores in the future.

Place is right on the beach and across the street from John’s Pass. The pool is awesome, and the condo itself has everything you need for your stay!

Great Stay in a Great Place

Amazing stay with everything we needed. Responsive property manager, answered all our questions. Great area with a nice pool, and many surrounding shops and restaurants nearby.

Beach condo

The condo was big, clean and had everything we could need. The pool was great and the beach was close. We enjoyed the short walk to the boardwalk for meals and shopping too! Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay!

Amazing place! Anytime I had a question the host responded back quickly. The check in process was super easy. The condo was up to date and very nice. Great location, especially when it came to the 2 min walk across the road to Johns pass! Loved the easy beach access as well!

It was a great place to stay for the week. Park your car and walk everywhere the entire week. For my family of 5 this place served us well.

Great location and condo was beautiful

The condo was spacious. We only had four people but could easily accommodate up to eight people. Would have been nice to have beach view but it was on the beach so can’t complain.

The perfect family getaway

This was our first stay at sandy shores and it did not disappoint! Clean, updated, comfy!! (Trust me when I say comfort matters around here and you really don't get it at alot of the surrounding condos! ) All in all great experience and we will be back next time we come to Madeira!

Perfect for a family

Over all our stay was great, We had a little problem with the Faucet breaking in the bathtub but was fixed the next evening. The room was nice and updated there is beach chairs on the outside deck and sand toys! It really has everything you need for a family with teenagers and a small child. The location is perfect the pool is very nice! The property itself was very safe And well-maintained! We enjoyed the stay and will book again!!

Spring Break

Overall the property is like the pictures. No surprises. The beds are fairly comfortable. I would say it was "mostly" clean....the bathrooms weren't totally clean, but it's what I've come to expect from places at Madiera Beach. It's a perfect location. The ONLY negative I can give is that there were no lounge chairs by the pool, and I didn't know that before arrival.

Adequate unit great location

The unit itself was obviously older but fairly updated. Most Parking was covered and though the description says one parking spot per unit, we were able to park a second car in general uncovered parking.
