Property was clean condo was clean However given 2 different “door codes” 2 separate emails and thank god i didn’t delete, one was wrong one correct.NO POOl as advertised and no NOTICE that it was closed and come to find out it has been for months.After 3 days of persistent calls to Vtrip, host ,They reimbursed a small fraction for NOT NOTIFYING us.!Otherwise the place itself was nice and clean and great to evywhwre walking distance.

Plenty to see and do

other than a few shortcomings with the actual workings of the condo and items in it the weather was lovely making our stay enjoyable. being across the street from Johns Pass with all the shops restaurants there is a plus.

There's so much to do surrounding this stay. Loved having access to John's Pass across the street and the beach all in one location. Less than 30min to either clearwater or downtown st. pete. had a blast! Comfortable bed and loved having the neighborhood cat butterball to greet me every hours of the day/night also!

Perfect location for travelers who don't want to rent a car. Walking distance to everything around John Pass. Beautiful beach location and unit provides most things one would need for a beach visit.

The Notre is an excellent condo to stay due to its prime location to John’s Pass plus it’s right on the gulf. Only thing that would’ve added to the location was a bathroom by the pool on the ground level.

Fantastic, right on the beach

We had a fabulous time. The condo was everything that they promised and more. And when the washer stopped working, they worked diligently until it was completely fixed. A wonderful stay.

The pool was one of the main reasons we chose this rental for our family vacation, yet we weren't informed it was closed until after we checked in. I had to contact management myself after hearing conflicting information on the property. When I asked for proof that I had been notified beforehand, they couldn't provide any email sent to me. They simply claimed the information had been published and described the closure as "approximately one month." By the time of our stay, the closure had already extended well beyond that estimate. If a major amenity remains unavailable for over double the original timeframe, listings should be updated and guests with reservations should be proactively notified.The problems didn't stop there. The door code provided was incorrect, leaving us locked out until we called for assistance. The furnishings were dated, the building elevator was in very poor condition, and the overall cleanliness was below what I'd expect from a professionally managed vacation rental.Most disappointing was the customer service. Rather than acknowledging the situation or offering any goodwill, we were told that because the information had allegedly been published, "no remedy or compensation can be provided."Poor communication, inaccurate information, an incorrect check-in code, and an unwillingness to take responsibility made this a very disappointing experience. I would not book this property.

Perfect Location

We have stayed in this location for years but never this specific condo. Perfect location. I think for the price and knowing people are traveling trash bags, paper towels, tp, etc should be enough to cover the durarion of the stay. It is not. Overall this unit is typical for the area and we enjoyed it. The checkin process is so outdated and the keys having to be carried around is a hassle. The pool and beach access could easily be upgraded to a code. We did have trouble getting in as our code for the door didnt work. We didnt have to wait long for trouble shooting.
