Family friendly lakeside property steps from both the lake and the Clubhouse. Play & relax on the sands of Lake Osoyoos. The Cottages is an ultimate year-round destination to swim, boat, fish, sail, kayak or hang out late nights on warm water of Lake Osoyoos. Vicinity offers year-round golfing, wine tasting at award winning wineries and fine dining. Full access to the Clubhouse amenities with two outdoor pools, hot tubs and a fitness studio.
SPACE INFO:
Large and spacious holiday home with over 2000 sq/ft of living space.
Open concept main floor offers a large island Kitchen with seating, dining table and comfortable living room to hang out, relax, play games, watch movies (free with Netflix) and enjoy family meals. Space opens up to a screened-in covered patio with lounge furniture eating area and a BBQ to enjoy the fresh breeze during the warm summer afternoons and cool evenings.
Also on the main floor is Master Suite, walk-in closet, Master Bath with walkout to covered patio. Also on the main level is the second bedroom, Powder room and Laundry.
Bright and airy Second Floor has 3 large bedrooms and a Full Bathroom with tub.
All bedrooms have queen beds with 2 queen beds in the 3rd bedroom.
The cottage has Eco-friendly, Geo-thermal system for air-conditioning and heating.
For Snowbirds from the East coast, the cottage is available for monthly or long-term rental.

Guest access
Guest have access to the complete cottage including amenities at the clubhouse.

Parking: Place can accommodate four vehicles, two in the covered Garage.

Quiet Time: Osoyoos cottages is a family friendly complex and guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum after 10.00pm

Had family stay for my Moms 80th birthday and it was perfect. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Great patioski area and enclosed sunroom. Close to the beach and pool. Would definitely come back.

We had an amazing family trip at the Cottages! Perfect for kids with a beach, pool, park, and safe areas to bike around. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 11, and the owner was very responsive. Great location with easy access to Oliver and Osoyoos, plus a beautiful sandy beach (water shoes recommended for the rocky entry). Parents had dinner at Burrowing Owl Winery and absolutely loved it. Only minor wish was for more outdoor seating, but overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come back.

Great Stay!

We had a great time here with our group of 12. The kitchen was a good size for us. The property, pool/hot tub and the beach are amazing! We liked it so much we extended our stay for an extra night. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond!

AMAZING experience for our first time here! Our cottage was clean and spacious and we will be back!

Overall a wonderful experience

The property was wonderful - no complaints. We had a fantastic time using the pool, the grounds by the lake and the volleyball net on the beach for family games. We found the private lake access lacking so we didn’t really swim in the lake a lot, which was disappointing. The beach itself is fine, but the swim area is so small and weedy. We ended up driving to Penticton for a couple of the days to swim in the bigger lake. Not a big deal, but just to be aware if you are hoping to swim in the lake. If you have a boat you are fine.

Canada Day Getaway

The vacation rental served our large family needs perfectly and checked all the boxes. The central location of this vacation rental is only a 2 minute walk away to the clubhouse pool and other amenities and a short five minute walk to Osoyoss Lake. The vacation rental was clean, spacious and well equipped to fill our large family needs. Thanks again Ritu for providing our family with this amazing holiday experience. Relaxing Visit at Rita’s Family Cottage

Just spent six relaxing days/nights at Ritu’s cottage. We had three generations on this trip, 7 of us altogether. We’ve had a hectic past few months as a family so this trip was much needed and the cottage was a great place to unwind. Having five bedrooms/six beds was great - everyone had their own room and the because one of us had to work during the holiday, this abundance of space was extra beneficial. There was plenty of closet hanging space in each bedroom but there weren’t many dressers/drawers for folded items (if that’s your preference). The beds were on the firm side, which worked for some of us but not others. The great room/kitchen offered a gathering space to prepare meals and provide a cool respite from the desert heat. The kitchen was well-equipped but there was only one baking sheet so we had to plan its use carefully during meal prep times. The dining room table seats 4 people so some of us ate at the island. There is an awesome picnic table outside for eating al fresco too! A space that we really enjoyed was the enclosed porch. There are roller shades so you can control the amount of sun that enters, and there’s a ceiling fan to cool the space. It was a great space to hang out - felt like being outside but had the protection from the bugs/desert heat inside. The cottage was a few rows back from the beach but very close to the club house so if you’re a beach person, that’s something to keep in mind. Highly recommend this cottage!!!!

Five bedrooms with a nice common area and an enclosed patio all made for a very comfortable stay for all concerned. Club house and pool area was well kept up and a short walk from the house. Guys golf getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay and the house was as advertised. The house is close to the pool and hot tubs and lake. Bring your own paddles and balls if you want to use the ping pong table. The location is a bit out of the way, 15 minutes from shopping in either Oliver or Osoyoos; however, it is very convenient for wine tasting. We would love to stay there again.

Fabulous place for Family Getaway! Grounds are beautiful, pool is great, lake is wonderful.

We enjoyed one week at Ritu’s home during the incredible heat wave. The pool and lake offered great relief :). The home is beautiful, well appointed, spacious and comfortable. Family vacation

The cottage was a great size and it was definitely a beautiful gated community. The only issues we had with the place is it definitely wasn't very small child friendly and the Roku for the cable didn't work. There was tones of glass ornaments everywhere, which we just moved them all into the closet so our little ones didn't touch anything. The other issue we had was we were told the pool was open and that was one of the big reasons we rented there. Having the pool area is way easier then going to the beach with little ones. When we arrived we were still under the understanding that it was open so we went to go register to find out it was still closed. We contacted the manager who responded right away that the clorinator was broken and they were trying to get it repaired. To our disadvantage it wasn't fixed for the whole week we were there. We noticed on the Saturday morning when we were checking out it was finally opening. That was extremely disappointing :( but I guess as they say covid..... Other than that the place was beautiful and the owner was really easy to get a hold of and was very helpful. It's a very short walk to the beach, and a very friendly community. Overall the property is beautiful. The pool being closed (when we were told it was open) was very unfortunate, and had we known we probably would have booked elsewhere. It is close to the beach, but with toddlers and an infant, an enclosed area is ideal.
