This immaculate 1600 sq ft Townhouse just steps away from Canadas Warmest Lake is just what you need!! Enjoy a day on the water, relax on a Private Beach, read a book poolside or have a soothing Hot Tub and if you love wine..take a wine tour at one of the 40 Plus Wineries within minutes. After all, this is Canada’s Napa Valley and only Desert!!! If you want the thrill of high speed racing and Go Karts, Area 27 is a short drive away for all of the vehicle enthusiasts. This spacious townhome has it all including a single garage for your vehicle, paddle boards, and it even has built in bike hangers. There are two private parking spots (one in the garage and one numbered spot #113)!!!

It sleeps 6-7 comfortably and speaking of comfort, the Geo Thermal Heat Pump with air conditioning makes for a nice break from the sun!! And there is High Speed Wifi to keep everyone connected!! Have a glass of wine on the patio watching the boat traffic while you watch someone use Natural Gas Weber BBQ!! Eating in makes so much sense at the lake. The Lakehouse has all the trappings of home. Enjoy the evenings on your private patio overlooking the lake and your morning coffee never tasted so good sitting on your private deck that also looks over the lake. Great location, next to beach, restaurant within walking distance also a whiskey tasting bar ( Tumbleweed.. amazing).There were 4 of us, but could have slept way more. Check in/out was easy.

Perfect location, right across from the private beach, close to shops and restaurants but tucked away enough for peace and quiet. Lots of room for our whole family and we loved being able to BBQ each evening on the patio. Michael was easy to communicate with and quickly provided answers to our questions.

The place was fantastic! It was everything we could have hoped for and more! It was so nice to be able to cook a meal at home one night and go out the other nights we were in Osoyoos! The pool area was so nice and close and there were plenty of friendly people! The proximity to town was great too! The house was so clean and inviting and Michael was so easy to get in contact with and quick to answer any questions I had! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for your hospitality!

We had a wonderful week in the town house and it was perfect for our family, lots of space and very comfortable. Great spot on the lake! Owner quick to respond and happy to help with questions. We’ve been at this complex in a condo before but are now town house converts!

Fantastic property with all amenities one could need! Private beach opposite the road, little back patio and balcony to watch life go by, easy parking. Walking distance to town, but if one decides to drive, I found parking to be plentiful downtown, so never an issue (my mom is older; so we drove in). Cannot wait to visit again.

Overall great experience but…

Overall the experience was great, the townhouse was great and Mike was great making sure we were comfortable, but the pool and pool area are very poor. The pool is really shallow and was really warm. Luckily, the private beach across the street was great.

Great location at a Family townhouse resort

Great communication with the Owner. Check in was easy. Nice garage to put one vehicle inside and then also a dedicated parking spot opposite the front door. Nice townhouse set up - big kitchen, dining and living room. Two big bedrooms upstairs at opposite ends of house with Bunk bedroom and laundry closet up there as well. Good set up for 2 Fams. Patio area with BBQ and seating area. Over looks long common lawn area, then across the road to a huge gated beach area with 12 boat dock, sand beaches, and lots of room for laying around, games, groups, etc. all looking over to Haynes Point. Make sure to book your boat slip reservations weeks before arriving. Great location for AM walking down Lake Shore drive, Lakeside winery is 5 min walk as well, walk into town in 15 mins
