The Space:
You will have our entire 1200 sqft ground floor townhouse all to yourself. It is the bottom unit of a 2 unit duplex. Our unit is completely separate from the upstairs unit.

Bedrooms and Bedding:
Queen pillowtop bed in each of the 3 bedrooms. Both living room sofas convert to comfortable full size beds. There is also a twin memory foam rollaway bed (stored in the closet) to be used anywhere in the home. We also have a Pack N Play baby crib and baby high chair so that your baby can live like a local. There are plenty of extra sheets, linens, comforters & pillows.

Parking:
We have a compact car private garage. Garage width: 16 FT. Height is 8ft.
Free overnight parking is also available on the streets in our neighborhood(limited availability on weekends/holidays). There are signs posted about street sweeping on Mondays and Tuesday mornings.

Televisions & Entertainment:
4 Smart HDTV's that stream network and cable channels with Youtube TV.

WIFI
Free WIFI is provided across the entire home.
WIFI Speed: Upload 20 mbps: download 200 mbps. (speed will vary depending on number of devices connected to WIFI)

Kitchen & Cooking:
Full kitchen that comes with many large and small appliances stocked with many of the essentials.

Dining Area:
Newport Beach built dining table and seating for 6.

Private In unit washer/dryer. We also provide beach chairs, umbrellas, & beach towels.

Cooling & Heating:
- All 3 bedrooms and living room have portable air conditioning units.
- Every room in the home also has a ceiling fan.
- Thermostat in the hallway controls our central heating system. We also have a fireplace in the living room that turns on and off with a switch on the right.

Via our keypad. You can check in anytime after 3pm.

Families in particular will love the Balboa Fun Zone which offers arcade games and carnival-style rides. You may also want to check out the Newport Beach Pier, do a little shopping and people-watching throughout the town, and bike or walk along the oceanfront Newport Balboa Bike Trail. With so much to do - and easy access to other nearby communities such as Huntington Beach and Laguna Beach - you will have the time of your lives!

Getting Around:
LYFT: The best way to get around if you're not driving is via Lyft. Lyft is an App on your phone that let you order a private upscale taxi and have it arrive within minutes to wherever you are. All payments are automatic and you can see where your taxi is at all times.
