First and foremost, we would like to apologize for the misunderstanding regarding the spa. We hope that the compensation offered helped to make up for the inconvenience. Regarding the cleanliness of the lounge chairs and patio, we have made sure to address this with our cleaning team as we work to improve our service moving forward. We would like to confirm that the pool heating was in fact turned on a day before your arrival. However, as advised, it can take from 24 to 48 hours to reach its maximum capacity. We strive to provide all of our guests with an outstanding experience and apologize if we fell short in some aspects.

However, the only issue which was reported to us during your stay was regarding the pool. As soon as this was brought to our attention, we scheduled for the cleaning company to service the pool that following morning. All other maintenance issues could have been addressed, if we would have known.
