No need for a beach sticker--this comfortable five-bedroom home is right across from Campground Beach on Eastham's beautiful bayside. Enjoy water views and sunsets and a short stroll to the sandy beach on Cape Cod Bay.

This beach house has central air conditioning!

Enter a bright and open living room with comfortable seating, large flat screen TV with cable, WiFi and Bose stereo. The living room looks out over the deck to Campground Beach beyond. The eat-in kitchen has a pass-through to the living room--enjoy the views of Campground Beach while you prepare dinner. Newly renovated kitchen with stainless appliances (gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave). Slider from kitchen leads to side and backyard.

Two of the home's five bedrooms are on the first floor. One bedroom has a queen bed and pond views. The other bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV with cable and views of the bay. There is also a full bathroom with shower on this floor.

The remaining three bedrooms are on the second floor--all have hardwood floors. The spacious bedroom with queen bed has views of both the pond and the bay. This bedroom also has a TV, card table with chairs and games--an ideal spot for some rainy day or evening fun. The other two bedrooms on this floor have a twin bed with trundle for extra sleep space. The bedroom at the front of the house has bay views. There is also a full bathroom with tub/shower on this floor.

Enjoy the outdoor spaces including the front deck with awning and side yard with shell patio with dining table and fire pit. The backyard has a picnic table, gas grill and an enclosed outdoor shower. The yard on the other side of the house leads to a lovely pond--a fun spot for nature lovers.

Head down the driveway and across the street to Campground Beach. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing, beachcombing and kayaking. At low tide, explore Eastham's beloved flats--a favorite for families with children. This bayside area is a wonderful spot for biking, walking and jogging.

The home is conveniently located and a short drive or bike ride to all the best of Eastham including the town's wonderful beaches, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites and Nauset Lighthouse. Enjoy Eastham's wonderful restaurants, ice cream shops and more. Short drive into Wellfleet for the Wellfleet Drive-In and Cinema, golf and Mass Audubon's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
