Cute&Chic Lake George Escape (2bedroom/2bath w/parking)

New and chic modernly built 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage that's only minutes away from Lake George Village. If you're looking for a place that's private but still within walking distance to the village - this cute escape is situated on 1/2 an acre with some privacy and a beautiful open escape that is within minutes to the village. Close to restaurants, shops, outlet shopping, Six Flags Great Escape, water activities, fishing, golfing and all the Adirondacks has to offer. Only 3 hours away from NYC!

The space
You can check yourself in with the key located in the lock box. We will provide you with the code one day before your trip.

Our space offers modern decor and living. There are two queen sized beds and two full bathrooms. The living room has a loveseat sofa and a single seater good for 4 people. A small, but cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen and an island.

Parking available right on site - Maximum number of cars = 3

Please be sure to strictly follow the instructions regarding checkout as this will ensure a timely cleaning and check-in process for our next guest. If house rules and instructions are not followed, we will charge an extra $25 fee for each house rule not followed.

There is a Window AC unit ONLY in the living room. Lake George is usually cool even during summer time with an average low of 40 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit, especially at night. Leaving the windows open and using the ceiling fans have given ample breeze even during summer time.

Our home is in the Adirondacks and within a foresty and wooded area. There are many little critters that love to go around our home - spiders is a big one, mice, flies, mosquitoes, cats, bugs, and many other insects. We have a pretty good seal in our home, but please be aware that we do live in a pretty remote area with forests and woods so they are expected. We ask you to keep all doors to the home closed at all times especially if you step out, even if it's just for a second.

Guest access
The entire home

Our home is not a lake view home and we do not have direct access to a lake. The lake pictured in the listing are photos of Lake George itself which can be seen when walking through the village.

The Thermostat is only for heat. When leaving the apartment, please turn off the thermostat.

Unfortunately, we do not have a dishwasher. Please wash all dishes by hand with the brushes and scrubs and soap provided.

If trash bins are full, please place a new trash bag. They are located under all sinks.

Please unplug all kitchen appliances when not in use - toaster, range and oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle.

The master bedroom bathroom door does not close or lock. It can be difficult to open if you close it all the way. Because of this, please do not close the door all the way, leave a gap so you can easily open it with your fingers.

When using the bonfire, please put out the fire after 9pm using water. We have provided wood for you inside the deck patio.

Patio - When no longer in use, please place the cover over the entire patio furniture. The cover is located on top of the table. If rain is in the forecast, please make sure to place the cover on and always place the cover on prior to leaving the deck space. Even though the patio deck is enclosed water can still seep through and cause the furniture to get wet, so we ask you to please place the cover on at all times when not in use.

A maximum of three cars are allowed on the property. The garage itself is not available for use, so please do not park your car inside. On departure, please make sure all doors are locked (from the inside) and place the key(s) back in the keylock box and scramble the numbers.

The garbage bins are located outside the garage, please throw trash and recycling accordingly. Please place all garbage inside the garbage bin located in the garage labeled "Casella". Separate garbage according to trash and recycling.
