Brand new, ultra modern, Ocean Front King Condo with Quartz Counters!

We completely renovated our ocean front condo in 2019 with quartz counter tops, shaker style cabinets and new stainless appliances in the kitchen, new living, dining and bedroom furniture, new flooring, ginormous Roku TV, new drapes, bedding, lighting, paint and more! It's modern, crisp, casual , clean and comfortable - a true sanctuary! We've provided lots of home conveniences and plenty of storage for you to bring your own comforts from home. Located in the heart of MB we are short walks to many restaurants, coffee shops, bars, convention center, boardwalk and much more!

You can enjoy the most amazing sunrises (and sunsets!) and watch dolphin swim the shoreline from our private balcony; relax in the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs; snuggle up with a good book in one of many lounge chairs located in the resort's beautifully landscaped, oceanfront lawn; and walk a couple blocks to a variety of neighborhood restaurants, coffee, donut and ice cream shops and wine bars! We are less than 10 blocks to Myrtle Beach's famous boardwalk and Sky Wheel, a half mile from the convention center, and less than a mile from Broadway at the Beach and Myrtle Beach Pelican baseball field!

Kitchen features brand new quartz counter tops and shaker cabinets, eat-up bar, new stainless stove and microwave and freshly painted walls. It's fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, range, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils galore and much more! For those who prefer taking a vacation from kitchen duty, ask about our favorite restaurants within walking distance of our condo!

LR has a brand new, modern, queen sleeper-sofa, a 55" flat screen TV and a cute little breakfast nook with access to our private balcony overlooking the ocean - you can see dolphin swimming in the ocean without having to leave your seat!

BR has a brand new, super comfy king sized bed, flat screen TV, nice sized closet and 2 dressers for storing your belongings!

Bathroom is clean and bright with tub/shower combo, dual vanities and freshly painted cabinets and walls.

The reason I chose this place because it says it was recently renovated. The owners responded quickly to my questions. The bed was comfy but no darkening shades. The place was clean BUT the air filter was filthy and I have asthma so we couldn't use AC or heat. The bathtub is clogged about 4 inches of water backs up. Toilet paper roll holder is about to unscrew and the base of the front of the bar needs a magic eraser taken to it. If the owners take care of these things and remove "recently renovated" I'd give 5-stars

The condo is very nice but in an older building. We enjoyed our stay very much. Other guests might want to know that the washer and dryer are not in the condo, but by the indoor pool and are coin operated. Also there is an outflow being developed in the water in front of the condo, so the view is a bit obstructed, but the beach access is very easy! The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water with good water pressure. The large window above the bed allows a lot of moonlight and city lights in at night, so you might want to consider a sleep mask, if you need a dark room. Overall I would highly recommend this condo. The hosts were easy to contact and very helpful.

Really great place to stay for vacation! The condo was organized and the view was absolutely stunning!!! The beach was a few steps away with beach supplies you’ll need inside! The hosts were attentive and answered all questions asked. Will definitely come back for our vacation next year!

Very pleased with this condo

This condo was conveniently located near the ocean and to the Boardwalk on the Beach. We took advantage of getting groceries at the Piggly Wiggly about 1/2 mile away from the condo. The condo itself was very nice to stay in for the two of us. There were enough dishes to use, as well as linens. We did take advantage of the on-site laundry facilities. We loved the private balcony to relax and enjoy the ocean view! There were beach chairs and umbrella made available too!

Quick weekend

This place was wonderful. Clean and had everything we needed. Parking was across the street in a parking garage but not an issue for us. Oceanfront and easy access to everything. The only thing was the noise outside at night could be heard easily in the bedroom because of it being an end unit; not the owners fault at all. Would definitely stay again! Thanks for being such great host and easy to work with!!

The condo was great for 2. Clean and comfortable. Building halways and elevators need cleaning though. Balcony was great, unobstructed ocean view. Our only real drawback was the balconies are side by side, no dividers. If your neighbors are less than courteous sitting out isn't comfortable, but this unit is on the end so it was ok. We had a relaxing weekend and we would rent this property again. Steve and Sarah were extremely responsive. Thanks.

We are outdoor enthusiasts living in NC with our children and pet chickens :). We grew up vacationing in Myrtle Beach and one of our lifelong dreams was to have our own place at the beach. Christmas 2016, we took the plunge and made that dream come true. We had such a great time renovating and renting it, we decided to dive back into the real estate market and get another. Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We never tire of the amazing views from our condo - we see dolphin swimming by all the time. If there is one thing that can drag us out of bed early Saturday morning, it's seeing the sun rise. And if there's one thing that can lull us to sleep, it's the roar of the waves.

Walking the beach, biking the boardwalk, surfing the waves, swimming in the onsite pools, riding the Sky Wheel, shopping the outlet malls, Broadway on the Beach, and Pelican's minor league baseball are all just a stone's throw from our unit. You can do as much or as little as you want! (just an fyi, It's tradition to end each night with a soak in the hot tub.)

We are die hard foodies and are amazed by the variety of places within a few blocks walking distance of our condo - seafood, pizza, pancake houses (Harry's is our favorite), wine bars, Starbucks, Indian, Thai, Krispy Kreme... The choices are endless
