A 10 year young landscaped private villa, perched high on a hill is centrally located on the south side of the island with easy access to major roads on a gated, private one acre estate. Wrap-around, covered verandas with ceiling fans offer thrilling panoramic views of Charlotte Amalie town and St Thomas' harbors. The villa features a paved lighted driveway with entry gates and private lighted parking area. A curved stairway leads from the parking area to a lush courtyard and the main entrance.
The entrance opens into the Great Room housed in a central building with vaulted cedar ceiling and exposed beams, loads of windows and French doors offering expansive views and tropical breezes. The sunken entertainment area is equipped with HDTV and Blu-ray/DVD player. There are 4 ceiling fans, wireless internet access and an expansive desk area.
Also in the Great Room is a gourmet kitchen with gas cook top, lots of granite counter top space, center island with breakfast bar and four stools, and a flat panel under counter TV. There is a separate adjoining pantry area with microwave, oven, blender, toaster and coffee maker. It is fully equipped with dishes, utensils and pans.
Nearby on the same level is the main level bedroom suite with a queen size bed. It also has wrap around covered porches, large glass French doors on two sides, flat panel HDTV, air conditioning, ceiling fan and attached bathroom. From the room there are beautiful views of the harbor and pool area.
The master suite, located on the upper level, features a vaulted cedar ceiling with exposed beams. Enjoy the wrap around covered balcony and a private shower each with spectacular panoramic views of the town and harbors. It is furnished with a king size bed, a flat panel HDTV, air conditioning and two ceiling fans.
Also available are a roll-away twin bed and a Pack 'n Play.
Adjacent to the Great Room and Guest Bedroom, the villa features a secluded swimming pool with infinity edge overlooking the town and main harbor, an outdoor shower, and a pool deck with two chaise lounges and a a 4-chair patio furniture set with table and umbrella.
Outside of the kitchen on the veranda and overlooking the harbor is a dining area with Brazilian hardwood dining table with 6 chairs and a separate conversation seating area. An outdoor gas grill with 3 main burners and a side warming burner is nearby.
