Amazing Cuvee experience in Villa Turquesa, with an talented team of dedicated staff.
Our week at Villa Turquesa was nothing but perfection. The villa itself was just what we needed, surpassing all of our expectations. Clean, luxurious comfort, with plentiful and entertaining amenities, in a safe and prime location, with a beautiful view. We decided to return later this year before we even left, that's how incredible the villa, amenities, and service were.
Cris was truly a pro concierge. She did an excellent job at curating our stay, taking all of our wishes and turning them into reality. From a daily chef, to daily butler services, in villa spa treatments and various entertainment, as well as a yachting day, Cris made it all possible. The fridge was stocked with our list of edibles, the bar stocked with beverages. Pool requests were taken care of, as was a beach set up with chairs, umbrellas, towels, paddle boards etc.. She organized our airport transportation, and scheduled our required antigen tests for covid. Even little details like candles around the villa weren't overlooked.
Our chef Arqui, and Omar his sous chef, created healthy, fresh, delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Afternoon and evening snacks were always available. Each and every meal was exceptional, we thoroughly enjoyed everything Arqui prepared. His menus were always creative and unique, and he was always completely open to our requests and suggestions, incorporating all of these elements into one amazing feast. We all agree that his breakfasts were always special and they were the perfect way to start our day.
Alex and Cesar were our butlers each day. They made everything run smoothly, making all of us comfortable and happy. They made excellent drinks, and great recommendations for our lunch and dinner menus, pulling it all together. If we needed anything at all, Alex and Cesar saw to it, that we had it. Extra pool towels, organizing the pool umbrellas and chaise lounges, keeping the jacuzzi heated, organizing housekeeping, running to the store for odd requests, they really did it all. Nothing seemed to be impossible with their help and care.
I also would like to mention Kenia and Alma our housekeepers. The villa was spotless daily, and they came and went without being noticed almost. Discreet, hard working, and extremely professional, Alma and Kenia did an excellent job.
As I said, we are returning. We will also be happy to recommend Cuvee and Villa Turquesa to anyone looking for a full service, luxury Cabo experience.
