The Americana was an amazing cabin!!! Clean, homey and well appointed. This was our first experience with Vrbo but will not be our last!!!!! Absolutely loved the beach access and the privacy.

We had an awesome 4th of July weekend in Lubec! Great place and very responsive hosts. The beach is gorgeous and the grounds and area are very serene, prefect for a break from traffic and work.

This is a 4th summer staying at the property. We have stayed in the lighthouse cabin as well. Damon and Jamie go out of their way to make the experience as perfect as possible. We will be coming back for years to come!

Lovely 3 week stay in a well appointed cabin in the woods. Comfortable Queen bed and pillows. No real view unless you walk down a short path to a beach. Bit tricky getting down to the beach after descending the short staircase due to rocks and being older folk. Great views at low tide. Picnic table overlooking water needs clearing of overgrowth. The cabin is great and quiet, the owners very responsive and the price is right.

The Americana cabin was an absolute dream. It’s beautiful, cozy, and has everything you could possibly need—and then some. The beach access was amazing, and the beach itself was absolutely gorgeous. We loved having the grill too. It was perfect for slowing down, making dinner, and just enjoying the setting.Damon and Jamie are wonderful hosts and have clearly put so much thought into the cabin. They really have thought of everything. I especially loved how everything was labeled—it was such a simple touch, but it made everything so easy. The whole place felt welcoming, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

The cabin was very clean and secluded in the woods, and it was a beautiful area, nice and peaceful. Myself and my wife really enjoyed the time that we stayed there. The host and the caretaker for the cabins was always in constant communication. There were no issues that popped up. Everything was great.I would highly recommend this cabin, as well as the other two cabins that are under the same area. It was a very good time that we had down there.

Americana Cabin is wonderful!

We had a really lovely stay. It was a great home base for exploring the bold coast area. Watching the sunrise from the beach (which you can access by a sweet path) is a must do. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Lovely spot

This was our second stay at Damon's cabins and we enjoyed the experience thoroughly. The cabins are very cozy, clean, and well maintained. A great place to bring the family.

Fantastic place!

We had an amazing stay at the Americana Cabin. So cozy, so welcoming to our dog, great location, path to the beach with beautiful viewers, and an easy walk or drive to so many hikes. Loved it.

Family Trip

We loved the cabin! Very clean and the hosts thought of everything down to the doggy treats and bed! It was quiet and calm with a beautiful beach to go down to. We highly recommend this property.
