The host was very quick to respond. The beach was very close and a very easy walk. The property is a close walk to bridge street as well which is nice! Parking was great and shaded. The bathroom door in the master bedroom was broken and wouldn’t slide shut without falling off. The master bathroom wasn’t very clean as there was some poo on the wall. The stool in the master shower was growing black mold. The air vent in the half bathroom also had black mold growing. Overall could use a good deep clean and minor updates.

The unit is very old. The rug in the living room is very dirty, bedroom floor by slider is spongy from leaks. You have to keep storm shutter closed if it is going to rain, On downstairs patio it was raining but we were sitting out on the patio and it drips water on you. Vent in main area is extremely dirty. Location is the only good feature. They need to put some TLC into this unit.

Great location with amazing views

This location was perfect for our stay. We spent most days in the beautiful gulf just across the street. There is a stop for the free trolley right on the corner making getting around the island easy.

Bradenton Beach

We had a wonderful few days here! The beach is across the street, walking distance (5 minutes), to great restaurants and shops, beautiful ocean views, off-street/covered parking, very friendly community... Hoping to stay here again next year but for a longer visit!

January 24-27

We had a great time staying here. The view of the Gulf was spectacular and the proximity to restaurants and bars was great. There are a few minor things that could be fixed like the Master Bath door did not latch or close properly and the master bath door does not work very well but overall no complaints and I would stay here again.

The property was dirty and very much rundown from top to bottom inside outside rugs stained dirty rugs in the bathrooms, bathroom shower door was dirty, sinks, dirty, floors filthy. Main bedroom shower was simply a slow dribble of water. Sliding glass doors in the main area were very difficult to work. The left-hand side was impossible to open. Second bedroom ceiling has dust hanging from the ceiling that we didn’t turn on the ceiling fan. Both mattresses were very uncomfortable and throw pillows were stained. Unfortunately, all the floors were dirty. You couldn’t walk on them with barefoot without getting your feet dirty. Location was great parking was good. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great Location

Proximity to beach and restaurants is fantastic! Property manager was very quick to respond to our linen needs. Yay! I really should’ve let them know just how awful the 2nd bedroom mattress was while we were there, but I will be contacting them now in hopes that it will be replaced for the next people. Unit could use a good deep clean, but we enjoyed our stay anyway.

Good access to beaches and restaurants. Unit was outdated. Fans didn’t work. Weren’t given enough towels. Water temperature in showers were cold. All in all we enjoyed our stay and managed .

Good location- walking distance to a lot of things . We wished we could have walked the dog on the path by the beach but county rules prohibit. In January 2024 there is sewer line construction right across the street. Good balcony and view.

It is a beach house through and through. Second bedroom was a. Murthy which was perfectly ok. If I had to nit pick I would hope for better linens next time. But all in all it was a pleasant stay with 2 parking spaces. And the beautiful white sand beach was directly across the street. Beautiful sunsets lots of patios.

Property was as described and comfortable stay. We did unplug a floor lamp that looks like a coconut tree as the wires were very hot and were afraid it is a fire hazard. The hot and cold water in master bathroom seem to be plumbed backwards. Otherwise, no issues.

Lovely condo steps from the beach

The property is right on the main drag on the island. Each condo haa two parking spots on site. It is a raised condo. If steps arent your thing, this is not the spot for you. Bedrooms are on the 2nd level. Stocked kitchen, 4 patios. 2 that face the gulf. It's an older condo and they have started updates. Upstairs gets a bit warm & main bedroom does not have a fan. Overall, good deal & nice condo.
