Great location on a canal and a few blocks from the beach. Easy to walk, drive a golf cart, or take the island trolley to beach, restaurants, and shopping. House met expectations as advertised. Plenty of space inside and outside. Pool area was wonderful and spacious. Nice to have a washer and dryer on site. Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Will be return visitors.

Very lovely home in a quiet area

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. It was very nicely situated on a canal with a lovely pool and screened porch. The property was especially suitable for an elderly family member as everything was on one level.

Perfect getaway

First time in Anna Maria - house was great for our family - quiet block could walk easily to beach and restaurants. Rented a golf cart for a few days to get to the south part of the island. Overall great experience

Great location!

We had a great time at this place. The location was close to everything we needed and is a short walk to the beach. The place was very well maintained and were extremely fast at responding to any requests. The only thing we had to complain about was, when we purchased the VRBO, they mentioned the jet skis would be available to use. When we got there they weren’t there and weren’t available. Other wise the place was spectacular.

Loved it.

Overall excellent. Nice quiet location on canal but with easy walk to beach. Met or exceeded expections except for very dirty floors throughout and a beach cart with flat, deteriorating rear wheel. . Swimming pool was beautiful and the highlight of the trip for my 2 seven year old grandchildren.

A Hidden Anna Maria Island Treasure

We loved our property so much that our grandkids didn’t even want to go to the beach. The bedrooms sizes were perfect for all of us and the beds so comfy!! We lived in the backyard! Kids loved the pool and it is such a good size.Kitchen and living room are just perfect! Back porch was a great size and we could watch the kids swim too! Everyone went fishing and caught some pretty good sized fish right in our backyard. It was a nice walk to Pine Street with many cool shops !! I would recommend this property for everyone!!

Paying for the location

Catfish of a house. Online pictures made this house look spacious and suitable to accommodate the amount of guests in our party however upon arrival the house was much smaller than perceived. Pool was listed as heated but cold the entire time and even on the hottest days it was far from enjoyable to swim in. Electric blind in master suite would stop working and had to be charged each day without any equipment to do so.

Great Property

This is everything you need in a vacation spot. It was very clean, had everything you needed for the week. The space worked well for our family of five (ages ranging from 7-15). It was a quick 2 block walk to the beach, a quick golf cart ride to all the piers, shops and restaurants. My kids loved the pool it was bigger then some rentals we have stayed in. There is not much of a shallow end so if you have littles who want that be sure to bring their life jacket, although the house did have those. Our family enjoyed the back patio and watching all the boats on canal, this is where we spent most of our time if we were not at the beach. We would not hesitate to return here for another vacation.

HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE ELECTRIC BLIND , HAD TO BE CHARGED EVERYDAY TO OPERATE. NOT ENOUGH SILVERWARE OR BATH TOWELS. LIVING ROOM SOFA STAINED HAD TO COVER WITH A SHEET. COFFEE POT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED FOR SURE, A/C UNIT RAN CONSTANTLY EVEN WHEN DESIRED TEMP WAS REACHED. A/C VENT IN BACK BR VERY MOLDY. HOME HAS GREAT LOCATION WE ENJOYED THE DOCK, POOL WAS HEATED BUT NOT WARM ENOUGH TO SWIM MOST DAYS. PROPERTY MANAGER ZITA WAS GOOD AT RESPONDING TO OUR CONCERNS.

Property condition is a little disappointing

Overall, below average rental property. Areas for improvement include the following: new TV on patio (current one is cracked), broken concrete around pool, broken vanity in bathroom, lack of basic starting ammenities (trash bags, quality paper products, cleaning supplies). Also the overall cleanliness of property is average at best. We were disappointed and would choose to rent elsewhere on our next stay on Anna Maria Island.

Great Location

We LOVE Anna Maria Island. We love the location of this home & the easy access to the beach. We rented a golf cart, so helpful in getting to & from the beach. There was a cart to use if you wanted to walk to the beach. Overall our stay was fantastic! There are a few things I need to mention. Upon arrival we did notice the floors of the home were not clean. The lani had grubs all over the floor. There are 2 chairs on the back porch that are completely ripped.(not very welcoming-dirty vibe) The living room sofa and chairs are white clearly very hard to keep clean as those were extremely dirty and didn't feel comfortable sitting on that furniture either. We were supplied with 1 roll of paper towels and 1 trash bag for the week. (5ppl in our party) No Windex or anything to wipe down the counters. There were several beach chairs but all were broken besides 2. The pool float had a large rip and was unable to be used. The pool skimmer ripped. Propane tank was 1/4 full. (a back up tank would be nice) With all this being said...we did call management early Saturday am, they weren't very apologetic for these things, however he did come out the following day-3p. Delivered 4 chairs, a couple trash bags and a back up tank. He also had the cleaning crew come back to redo the floors, they still did not do the lani & took a roll of PT we purchased. We were asked to wash towels before leaving, no soap was left. Small things, but when you pay you expect a little more.

Quiet and close to everything

This was the perfect location for us! Close to everything on AMI. An easy walk to the beach. A little further for a casual meal or ice cream. The pool at the house was great! We spent many hours floating! Be sure to bring supplies…salt, pepper etc there were only the basic dishes and cookware there.

We really enjoyed our trip to Anna Maria island. The street was quiet and private but we could walk to the beach and a few restaurants. The kids loved the pool and it was warm. The house was clean and had everything we needed.

Cleanliness is always my number one priority when renting and this home was clean and well kept. The location to everything was amazing and the neighbors around us were great as well. We had a wonderful family vacation.
