This beautiful house has 5 bedrooms and large 2.5 bathroom. It is the home of style, space & quality which showcasing an impressive dual level layout with premium finishes, flowing and comfortable living and dining downstairs that extend seamlessly outdoors with the perfect balance of privacy & family, making it well suited for couples, friends, families stays, large group and corporate travelers. This house locates on quite street so you can relax after a long day. It is very comfy, able to entertain large group and still provide enough privacy if needed, extra linens/towels and blankets only provide if you book for large group more than 12 guests, 1 bedroom might be locked when you book for small group, message me in advance if you have large group and need all 5bedrooms.

No family/friend visit, No party at night allow, no extra guests in and out the house and guests are required to pay for any house DAMAGES. Please don’t book this house if you don’t sleep, party all night and have people in and out the house from midnight to early morning. This is a duplex house so neighbours can hear noise and they will notify us

1st bedroom: 1 queen bed and standing wardrobe (only 1 bedroom downstairs)
2nd bedroom: 1 queen beds and built in wardrobe
3rd bedroom: 1 queen beds and built in wardrobe
4th bedroom: 1 queen beds and built in wardrobe
5th bedroom: 1 queen beds, 1 double bed, En-suite bathroom and built in wardrobe

Pet can stay with extra fee per pet per night but we don't have a locked gate

You are welcome pay at the time of booking $75 extra to secure early check in before 3pm and $75 extra for late check out after 9am. This property is not a hotel, cleaning during stay can be requested in advance at extra cost.

Downstairs: 1 bedroom with Queen bed, Deluxe kitchen is complemented with premium stainless steel appliances & dishwasher. This modern kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, grill, microwave, large fridge, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, sandwich press, all plates, cutlery, crockery, cups and glasses. There is an undercover verandah with BBQ for outdoor entertainment. We appreciate guests to do all heavy cooking, deep fry, stir fry on bbq outdoor. If you like you can cook your meals 3 times a day as if you were in your own home. The Laundry has a large washing machine. Sofa bed can be arranged if request in advance.

Upstairs: 4 bedrooms has all built in wardrobes, ask us in advance to arrange one double sofa bed sleep 2 in the open common area upstairs if booking for large group. One of the bedrooms upstairs is a Master Bedroom with 1 queen bed & 1 double bed, having its own en-suite with shower & toilet. Three bedrooms with one Queen bed each and a large main bathroom with separate bath and shower.

Towels are provided and beds are only make up enough for number of guests booking. Please book for the right number of guests to have enough beds make up, blankets, bed linens and bath towels. Please advise us well in advance if you need us to arrange sofa beds. One bedroom might be locked if we have small group booking.

Additional features include ducted hot/cold air conditioning throughout, gas heater downstairs, security alarm, fenced boundary for your privacy, wooden floor though out upstairs and tiles downstairs, camera in front house for security purposes, space to park a van or car on our driveway in front of garage and many free off street parking.

If you need home pick up and drop off service for any private tour and airport, we have contact number to suggest. Uber is another option for small group.
We are 3mins drive to Fairfield station/Fairfield hospital, 10 mins drive to Warwick Farm Racecourse/Riverside Stables/Liverpool hospital, 20mins drive to Parramatta, 30mins drive to Sydney Olympic Park

Few things to note:
* No more than number of people in and out the hosue than number of guests booked, strictly NO event and loud noise after 9pm, guests might be asked to leave without refund and received an extra money request of 1K if you break these house rules.
* No family/friend visit
* Guests are required to pay for any house damages
* All appliances, air-conditioner, heater (except fridge) to turn off when no one in the house
* If you stay on Monday evening, please pull out garbage bin to the street like the neighbours for collection early Tuesday morning. We really appreciate this.
* Guests don’t have access to garage.
* Pet can stay for $30 per pet per night, we don't have locked front gate, small backyard is fenced

Check in: on or after 3pm. Door code will be provided before arrival as it often changing for security purposes
