Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, 157 N. Sea Pines Drive is a stunning Sea Pines retreat perfectly positioned along the 17th tee of the Atlantic Dunes Golf Course. With tranquil lagoon views, a private pool, and an unbeatable central location, this home offers the ideal blend of relaxation, recreation, and classic Hilton Head Island living.

Designed with both comfort and entertaining in mind, the home features multiple living spaces and a thoughtful layout that works beautifully for families or golf groups. The main level welcomes you into a spacious open-concept living area with a striking fireplace centerpiece, Smart TV, and sweeping views of the pool and backyard. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, an oversized island, a built-in wine refrigerator, generous pantry space, and an additional refrigerator in the garage. Just off the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats eight, with additional seating for six at the island.

Also on the first floor is the primary suite, offering a King bed, Smart TV, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. A separate den with pocket doors provides added flexibility, featuring a Queen sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and a dedicated workspace—perfect as a second living area, office, or extra sleeping space.

Upstairs, three additional bedrooms provide plenty of room for guests. One Queen bedroom features its own ensuite bathroom, while the remaining two bedrooms—one with a King bed and one with a Queen and Twin XL—share a full hallway bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV, ensuring comfort and privacy throughout the home.

Outdoor living truly shines here. Enjoy the private pool (with seasonal heating available), spacious patio with lounge chairs, outdoor dining area, propane Weber grill, and a large grassy yard overlooking the lagoon—perfect for fishing or simply taking in the view. Added amenities include an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a basketball hoop, table tennis, and four backpack beach chairs for easy beach days. With close proximity to the beach, Sea Pines Beach Club, Harbour Town, South Beach Marina, Plantation Golf Club, and all that Sea Pines has to offer, this home is your perfect island getaway.

Perfect house for a family vacation

This house was even better than advertised and the location within Sea Pines is ideal. We had 6 adults in the house and there was more than enough room. This house comes fully equipped with everything you would need and then some. I'm hoping this isn't the last time I get to rent this house.

Relaxation At It’s Finest!

Excellent house - the location was perfect. Easy walk to the beach (though a little awkward bc you have to walk through a small part of the golf course), close to all the bike trails, nice pool (though it could have been cleaned more often than it was), space for everyone! We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back - we would definitely rent the house again!

Great Home for Our Family!

The house was as represented with expected wear and tear. The pool was perfect for our family with young children and adults as well. Easy walk to a beautiful beach that was spacious with a minimal number of people. Quick access to Harbour Town area and restaurants/shopping. Excellent bike paths for easy, flat bicycle excursions!

Our stay was wonderful! We come to HHI every year and this has been our absolute favorite place. The home was had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and the open floor plan Was perfect for when our other family members stopped by to hang out with us. The pool was perfect after an afternoon at the beach and we loved the closeness to the beach. Exceptional property! I hope we can get the same house again next year.

Outstanding Home and Location

The home was perfect for beautiful Thanksgiving with family. Loved the big dining table as great for meals and games with family in evening. Just a few suggestions: A clock in the living room as there are times families may wish to put all cell phones away. :-) Advised extra car passes could be purchased at gate however no warning that it was cash only. Please advise in advance as many people do not keep 20 in cash.

Short walk to beach in Sea Pines

We spent a June week back at Hilton Head for the first time in awhile. The home was perfect for our family of 6, three generations with a 9 & 11 year old. We loved the pool, the walk to the beach was about 7 minutes, and the location in Sea Pines was great for biking to lots of things. Would prefer to receive the Sea Pines pass online rather than needing to go to the rental office. With two different cars arriving separately and the HORRENDOUS traffic coming on the island, it would make arrival so much more pleasant.

Excellent Stay

Wonderful house layout! Kitchen was well stocked with pots/ pans/ dishes, etc... We loved our stay. Only negative was the mosquitoes in backyard were HORRIFIC. There was a machine to help get rid of them, but it seemed to make no difference as there were dozens of mosquitoes near the machine. I believe the insane volume of mosquitoes may have been secondary to the gutters needing to be cleaned. They were FULL to the rim with pine straw. I reported this to the rental company. I would HIGHLY recommend this home! Excellent stay even with the mosquitoes!

We have stayed here twice. Both times the pool heat did not work, which was a great disappointment, particularly since we have a child with autism who loves to swim. We did not get the greatest service to solve the pool problem, although our payments for pool heat were refunded.

Check in process was all online with door codes to get in. Picking up the parking pass for Sea Pines was simple with a lockbox location that was on the way to the house, although it does seem like they could also send the pass voucher electronically to cut out that step.The house layout is great: a large kitchen with all the utensils and gear you need to cook any meal, two different living room areas, including a desk with external monitor for a computer, and four nicely sized bedrooms. The basketball goal was a hit with the kids, along with the pool which we had heated. It was in the 60s most days and the pool heater kept up with the water at a comfortable temperature.The beach is a little over a 5 minute walk away. The first time you walk the trail it is weird as you have to go across one golf fairway, but when you do it once to figure it out, it's easy.There are a lot of nice amenities included with the house. Nearly every time we wondered if the house had something, like an air inflator for some pool toys we brought, or a beach cart, it was there. One word of caution, the police aggressively patrol the road the house is on. The entire time we were there, they were pulling people over in front of the house all day, including someone in our party. The speed limit signs in the area are posted at 30 mph, but they were writing tickets for 25mph and we've had to hire an attorney to go to traffic court for us to dispute the difference.Any time we come back to Hilton Head, we'll be renting here again though. I had hesitated to maybe get a condo closer to the beach instead of this house, but the house and its additional amenities was the best decision for sure.
