This beautifully furnished 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house is located in the Sanctuary at West Haven which is a private gated community located in Davenport.

With a complete, full-sized kitchen and spacious, granite countertops and elegant looking stainless-steel appliances cooking dinner for any sized family will be a breeze. There is seating for six in the dining area as well as a small dinette set for four. The living room area is ample with comfortable with two couches and a flat-screen TV. There is a master suite with a king-sized bed and attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub, and toilet. There is also a queen-sized bed in one of the bedrooms while the remaining two bedrooms have two twin beds in them. There is also a washer and dryer in the laundry room for guests.

Guests can also enjoy the private, enclosed swimming pool with lounge chairs and sizeable patio space to worship the sun. There is also a game room which has ping-pong and foosball tables to enjoy.

Enjoy Orlando entertainment at the truly one-of-a-kind theme parks which are just minutes away. Legoland, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld are just minutes away too.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. We also do NOT allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pool Policy: This home has a private pool - Pool Heat is available and is $30.00 / per day - 5 day minimum and must be requested and paid for in advance to your stay. (Depending on the weather - temperature of pool could vary) Please inquire in advance.

Pet Policy: This property is are NOT pet-friendly. if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged $500 per pet for violating the policy. If we find evidence of pets after your departure, you will be charged $500 for violating the pet policy. If additional cleaning is required, you will be charged an additional $500. In lieu of security deposits and booking fees,

No Smoking - If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction.
Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher, trash bag and soap. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense. No parties are allowed.

In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, LoveRentals applies a Limited Property Protection Plan to every reservation for your peace of mind.
