Welcome to Our Little Piece of Paradise
We’re so happy you’re considering staying with us! To help you feel comfortable while choosing where to stay, here’s a bit about who we are and what makes our condo special.
We are seasoned event production and design experts from Rhode Island, often asked to create immersive, themed environments for celebrations of all kinds. In short, we call ourselves “Professional Party People.” When we found our little piece of paradise, we wanted everyone who entered to feel the comforts of home—with a relaxed island twist. The condo reflects a styled tropical charm while remaining cozy, comfortable, and inviting. We hope you love it as much as we do…and never want to leave.
Arrival & Getting Settled
Prior to your arrival, we’ll send you everything you need, including the address, GPS codes, and short, easy-to-follow videos to assist with parking, the coded gate, and condo access. We have a secure walled compound with the 35 of the cutest condos on the island. Inside our condo, you’ll find our STX Binder, filled with helpful information about local grocery stores, bars, restaurants, and favorite island spots.
The Lanai – Where You’ll Truly Arrive
Once inside, we’re confident you’ll slide open the doors, step onto your private lanai, and sigh, “Aaaaah we have arrived.”
Watch the waves roll in, listen to the tide sing its song, and feel the gentle trade winds keep you cool—before you’ve even made it to the beach. The lanai is our favorite place. We enjoy our morning coffee & tea here, enjoy breakfast and dinner, and often end the night sitting quietly with a glass of wine while the palms sway overhead.
Living & Dining Space
The living room is designed for comfort, featuring:
• A full-size sofa
• An oversized wicker chair with ottomans
• A round dining table that seats four—perfect for meals, cards, or a game of Farkle
You’ll find games in the small hutch by the front door.
Stream all your favorite providers on the TV, and enjoy fast 5G internet throughout the condo—yes, WiFi is always included.

The kitchen is fully equipped for the chef in your group, including:

• Refrigerator and freezer
• Dishwasher and microwave
• Coffeemaker, toaster, blenders
• Oven pans
• Fine stoneware dishes and glassware (yes—even wine glasses!)
Water note: The condo water is excellent for showering and washing, as the complex has its own cistern. As with most caribbean island travel, we recommend bottled water for drinking.
Pool & Community
The pool is beautifully maintained and serves as a friendly social hub. Drinks are welcome poolside—just no glass, please.( We have plastic wine glasses for this)
At night, the illuminated pool and up-lit palm trees create a stunning evening glow—simply fantastic.
Exploring Saint Croix
As wonderful as the condo is, Saint Croix invites exploration. The island is filled with incredible beaches, and there’s no such thing as a private beach—they belong to everyone. We’ve highlighted some of our favorites in the STX Binder. What you will love about our compound is that its only a 10 minute drive to the Boardwalk & shopping of Downtown Christianstead.
For your beach days, we provide:

Island Adventures
There’s no shortage of unforgettable experiences, including:
• Kayaking in a bioluminescent bay

Hi! We hope to welcome you to our little piece of paradise. To help you feel at ease and comfortable while deciding where to stay, here’s a bit about us. We are seasoned event production and design experts from Rhode Island. Our clients often asked us to create themed environments to celebrate various events. In short, we called ourselves "Professional Party People." When we found our little piece of paradise, we wanted everyone who entered to enjoy the conveniences of home with an island twist. The condo reflects a styled tropical charm while being cozy and comfortable. We hope you love it as much as we do and never want to leave!
Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft
Friends of ours from the States moved to STX after visiting them just once, we really loved the island. Not long after Hurricane Maria, we came across this condo for sale. Something immediately told us this was the jewel we were looking for. We got on a plane the next week and visited the property and many others; however, we both trusted our instincts and knew this condo checked all the right boxes. We purchased it and spent the next year renovating it. The high lofted ceilings were refinished in bright white, and brand-new kitchen appliances, windows, sliding doors, air conditioning, furnishings, and more were installed. We collected incredible pieces of art, both local and from afar, for our enjoyment and yours! The space is wonderful for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying!
The neighborhood improves every year. Hurricanes cause a lot of destruction, but it takes communities to rebuild. This is true for Saint Croix as well. Our property has tangible assets: a secure condo complex with a stone wall and gated, coded entrances. There are assigned parking spots for guests and owners, security cameras, and 24-hour staff on the property if needed. Rocky and I also have a property manager available to assist you with any query on island.
Our true love is hearing the ocean waves, feeling the trade winds gently blow through the condo, and kicking off our shoes with a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise. We love going for a few-mile walk every day to explore. If we're feeling a bit lazy, we can walk down the beach to the local bar. By car, this location is great; you are minutes away from the boardwalk, 20 minutes from most beaches, and 30 minutes to the other side of the island to explore as well.
We would be more than delighted to answer any questions you may have.

Our property has all the amenities to make your trip wonderful and easy. In addition to items you need in the condo, we have a portable cooler, beach towel, snorkel gear, and chairs available for you to use on the island.
However, we do want to point out some of the differences between our condo and what other condos claim to offer.
Our unit has been totally renovated. If you're considering other units in the area, be sure to examine photos carefully and ask detailed questions.
Windows & Sliding Glass Doors: The island’s salt-laden trade winds often cause rust, especially in aluminum louvered windows and sliders. Our unit features all-new vinyl windows and brand-new sliding doors, ensuring they open to the lovely island breezes.
Unique Location: Our unit’s unique positioning allows the trade winds to flow through rather than into the condo, keeping our space Salt and sand-free. We love keeping our windows open to enjoy the breeze.
Air Conditioning: Our unit has new Mini Split systems, unlike many units with single-room window units or no AC at all. All our rooms also have ceiling fans.
Assistants: We have reliable local contacts to make sure your stay is worry-free, addressing any issues as soon as possible. Once you are booked we will connect you directly with our property manager.
Friendly Atmosphere: The pool area is a social hub where owners and guests frequently make new friends. We have a little library to take and share a book, sitting areas for peace and quite time.
