Our fully furnished one bedroom, two bathroom home offers all the beauty and tranquility of a peaceful retreat. The living room is cozy with a fireplace and large screen TV. The open-design kitchen/dining room with bar area offers guests ample room to socialize. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The front porch has an arbor with a grapevine growing, which provides both shade and privacy for morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. The back patio features a covered porch with a swing and plenty of other seating. The hot tub on the back patio is shown in an offered amenity as well. Two of the bedrooms on the main level are presently closed off to guests. The full bathroom on the main level features a Toto bidet toilet lid and newly renovated glass tile in the shower. The master bedroom has a California King size bed, a loveseat and TV. The master bath features a jacuzzi tub, a steam shower and a Toto bidet toilet lid. There is also a small office with a desk and chair for workspace if needed. The living room furniture and all carpet upstairs is new. We are a non-smoking home and no pets allowed.

Golden is truly a great place to visit and offers something for everyone! The outdoors offers pedestrian/bike/kayak-friendly Clear Creek to hiking and climbing the mesas and mountains. Occupancy of the unit is limited to two (2) unrelated persons
