Generously sized at 2,000 square feet, this home features a desirable floor plan with the master suite located upstairs and two bedrooms located on the main level. The living room is cozy with a fireplace and large screen TV. The open-design kitchen/dining room with bar area offers guests ample room to socialize. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The patio features seating for 8, including the covered porch swing. Our backyard offers lots of privacy! While there is a hot tub shown in the photos, this is not offered as an amenity. The master bedroom has a Tempurpedic bed with both a massage and lift feature on the base as well as a private deck with a view of South Table Mesa. The master bathroom is recently renovated with a jacuzzi tub and steam shower. The two bedrooms on the main level each have a queen size bed and share a bathroom also recently renovated with glass tile. We are a non-smoking home and no cats allowed.

Golden is truly a great place to visit and offers something for everyone! The outdoors offers pedestrian/bike/kayak-friendly Clear Creek to hiking and climbing the mesas and mountains. Fossil Trace Golf Course is just around the corner. If you’re a foodie, you’ll find dining restaurants, breweries, distilleries, cafes and taverns all within walking distance of our home.
