It has recently been renovated with top grade appliances and bathroom fixtures. New washer and dryer is accessible in the basement, one flight below. Although the street is generally quiet, new, sound-proofed windows were installed in the front of the house. The lush, sun-filled garden in the back is available for part-time use by the renters.
