Erleben Sie den Zauber von Maui in dieser kürzlich renovierten Wohnung am Kahana Reef. Wenn Sie diese Wohnung betreten, sehen Sie nur das Meer! Genießen Sie eine unglaubliche Aussicht auf den Pazifik, Molokai und Lanai. Beobachten Sie spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge, sehen Sie unten Schildkröten und beobachten Sie, wie Wale in den Wintermonaten von Ihrem Lanai aus bricht. Zwischen den Resorts Kaanapali und Kapalua gelegen, genießen Sie die schönsten Strände, hervorragende Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Dieses Resort liegt nur wenige Schritte von einem wunderschönen Sandstrand entfernt, an dem Sie schnorcheln, schwimmen oder sich entspannen und ein Sonnenbad nehmen können.

BITTE BEACHTEN SIE: Das Kahana Reef wird im Juni gebaut und endet im September 2019. Reparaturen werden in Abschnitten durchgeführt, beginnend am südlichen Ende des Resorts. Die Bauzeiten sind von Montag bis Freitag von 20 bis 17 Uhr. Geräuschemissionen treten bei Bedarf erst nach 9 Uhr auf. Bereiche des vorderen Rasens rund um die Konstruktion sind gesperrt. Wenn der Bau einen bestimmten Punkt erreicht, kann der Pool gesperrt sein. Diese Wohnung verfügt über einen zugewiesenen Parkplatz; Bitte beachten Sie, dass andere Bereiche des Parkplatzes für das Bauprojekt reserviert sein können.

Ocean view was fantastic. The condo was old and in need of upgrades. Specifically, the carpets, furniture and bed are all worn out and uncomfortable. The kitchen cabinetry is in need of refinishing. However, the unit was clean(with exception of the carpets) and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Linens were nice and there was a good supply of shampoo, conditioner, etc. This condo was all about the view from the lanai.

Perfect stay

Wonderful location and view of the ocean. Could walk down to the waterfront t and watch turtles. Getting to various beaches in the area was easy. Check in and checkout was a breeze.

My stay was lovely. The Hawaiian theme throughout the house set the mood, loved it. The amenities were a plus. I was able to cook, bake, blend, mix etc., everything I needed was there. The view of the sunsets are stunning and right out my back door (lanai).The price was more then perfect for this awesome condo.Mahalo .

Our 19 days at Kahana Reef were amazing!

Kahana Reef is a fabulous, small condo complex with unbelievable views and all the necessary options for a relaxed stay on Maui’s gorgeous west shore. Our condo (208) was amazingly well equipped with everything you need for your cooking needs as well as beach towels & chairs, snorkel gear, ice chest and bamboo beach mats. The pool, lawn chairs and bbq area favorites in the afternoons.The property’s sea wall is a favorite munching spot for the turtles throughout the day!

Honeymoon Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was ready for us when we arrived and it couldn’t have been easier. The location was amazing! We could see sea turtles, dolphins and whales from the deck. We loved it here and would absolutely stay again! It was a very special belated honeymoon and well worth the wait.

Sharks!

The hotel is located in a beautiful location. But the neighboring fishermen washed their fish in the evenings and this attracted sharks, so swimming in the ocean is dangerous.

We have stayed at Kahana reef a couple times before. Love the location. This was the nicest condo we sayed in. So well apoointed! Will return for sure. Also appreciated their price structuring that focused on a lower daily price.

We were heart pleased with our stay at Kahana Reef. The unit was very clean and ready for our stay upon arrival. I would highly recommend anyone. I will say there was a broken beach chair. But besides that it was great.

Just what we were looking for

The view from the balcony was worth everything. We watched whales spout and turtles swim! The guests were very friendly, some who return to Kahana Reef every year. Close to great beaches, good restuarants, and groceries. It was a perfect vacation for us. The apartment was super clean and we had everything we needed.

Fabulous location

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The location is amazing. There is a little beach right next to the property as well where we could walk from the backyard of the property (from near the pool). Kids enjoyed pool a lot - it was clean and there were pool toys for use as well. The property was clean, well stocked with everything we needed. Overall it felt very homely. We will certainly stay there again in future.

Good Place

Love Perfect stays and will continue to go through them for our condo rentals. We had an issue with the sliding glass door upon arrival and the repair guy was there to fix it within 10 minutes. Clean nice place to stay and will be renting again. Mahalo.

Quickie Maui Trip

We truly enjoyed this perfect place. Very, clean, comfortable, and calm. The view was spectacular! The location (to us) was much better than Wailea. Especially if you're on a budget and looking for paradise (which is a few hop-skip-jump away). Only thing I would suggest is an AC unit. Mahalo!

Whales, Whales, and More Whales

We Love our little piece of Paradise, We found KR 208 to be very clean upon arrival and user friendly with all of the Kitchen necessities for coffee and breakfast on the lanai every morning. Fresh paint thru out, and the Art work in the unit gives it a real island feeling.

Great short stay

We only stayed for a few days but we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Place was clean and management was very communicative. There were a few fruit flies when we got there but nothing of concern. Great cross breeze in bedroom. There was some construction debris as it appeared the outdoor carpet was being changed.

A perfect stay

Our time there was wonderful. The unit was so clean. The lanai glass doors were so spotless my husband tried to walk through them😊Don't know how you get the glass so clean. Pool was convenient for an evening swim. Loved watching the whales. Wish there had been room for washer and dryer in the unit but the complexes's ones were so close, clean and cheap.

Great stay

We had a great stay at the unit. Proximity to Lahaina was a plus. Saw plenty of whales from the balcony. I fished out front at the seawall at night and caught a few decent fish. There is a great tackle shop a mile up the road called All About Fish that rents gear and sells bait, but shrimp and squid are actually cheaper at the grocery store. Definitely a laid-back condo. Everyone was very friendly.

Beautiful condo with unobstructed ocean view

This condo is exactly as pictured, probably better. It is RIGHT on the ocean and the view from the balcony is amazing. There is not a beach in from of it (just a beach wall) so driving to a beach is necessary. A car is needed at this condo as it is not really walking distance to anything but it is a short drive from everything you would want to see and do near kaanapali beach. Wonderful stay thank you!

It was very clean very nice. Loved the location very close to the water. You could hear the waves crash all night. The room was clean but could use a little bit of updating especially the lanai chairs. They were nice in their day but it’s time for some new ones.

My husband and I stayed at this very welcoming condo for 9 days on our honeymoon. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Place was very clean! Beach chairs and cooler were great to use. Also, this condo has a phone, which came in handy for making reservations as we are Canadian so we had our phones off the whole time. I still can't get over that view from the lanai! Sunrises and sunsets were truly breathtaking! I highly recommend this condo to couples looking for a romantic getaway and also family. As the condo has a great pool for kids!
