Part of a lakeside resort, this 5th-floor unit has modern furnishings and appliances in its open-plan kitchen and dining and living room. Designed for families, it has two single beds in one bedroom and a queen-size bed in the other. Lake views flow into the bedrooms and living room and onto the furnished balcony.

The accommodation was located in the heart of the city, approximately 300 meters from Surfers Paradise and close to the beach., Merrimac is a laidback suburb just off the Pacific Motorway. It’s dotted with parks and nature reserves and stretches out to the picturesque Clear Island Lake on its eastern border. You’ll find a handful of family-friendly attractions and restaurants around the neighbourhood, including Dog Lover Photography, Gold Coast Butterflies and Mike’s Kitchen.

Public transport
The Broadbeach South tram station is seven kilometres away and has regular trams servicing the Gold Coast. There are also bus stops along Gooding Drive with the 755 line servicing Broadbeach.
