Unbelievable main floor beach front condo. Unit 5 of Kamaole One is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1100 + sq ft corner unit condo perfect for 4 people. Located in an unforgettable location directly on family favorite Charley Young Beach. The beach features a sand bottom, snorkeling, body boarding and quick access to Cove Park, Kihei’s most popular surf spot. If you’re lucky, one of Charley Youngs resident turtles will swim over to greet you.

If you prefer to be a spectator rather than a participant, this condo offers some of the best shaded people (and whale) watching on the Island. Imagine relaxing on comfortable lanai chairs while sipping a cappuccino, watching the water, beneath a majestic monkey pod tree. After witnessing an amazing Maui sunset, prepare a bar-b-que meal and enjoy what our beach front condo has to offer.

A bit of paridise

Property was even better than the pictures. Well maintained. Everything you could need was thought of and provided to include beach gear. Location could not be beat, walkable to great local food and shopping. The highlight is surely the view and the beach just outside your door. Saw several turtles swimming and enjoyed sunsets and hearing the waves.

Amazing location and amenities

Our week in Kihei was beautiful. This property is steps to the beach. We were able to snorkel with fish and turtles right outside. Easy to sun bathe, swim, snorkel, and take breaks with a bathroom and full kitchen just steps away. The owners are quick to respond as well as keep a fully stocked house, including all kitchen needs, towels and soaps. Was well worth it and our family loved everything!

Great place

This condo was lovely, it has a great location and nicely appointed. We had a great time enjoying the sunsets on the lanai and swimming in the ocean which is literally at your fingertips. Shopping, groceries, and restaurants are close at hand which is a big plus. We will happily stay there again.

Best spot in Kihei!

There are a lot of places advertising oceanfront, but after walking many miles of Kihei beaches, this complex is unique - it may be the only condo that I would say is truly right on the beach. The unit is stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels, and you are only carrying them a few yards to get to the sand. Kam 1 seems slightly less crowded than 2 and 3 (hard to define where Charley Young and Kam differentiate). I didn’t think this was much of a snorkeling beach, mainly because it was a little rough water around the rocks while we were there, but we did see turtles pretty much whenever we wanted, and I even had a big one run into me while I was out bobbing in the waves! The unit itself is exceptionally clean and stocked with everything you need. It’s not huge, but perfect for our family of 4. I’ve mainly stayed in resorts in Hawaii, but this is the first place where I didn’t see a single insect in the room. Bedroom 2 is pretty small and the bathrooms aren’t big, but the 3-head shower in the main bath is awesome. I love the location - walking distance to pretty much anything you might want to eat (I recommend the Food Truck Oasis at South Maui Gardens about a 10 minute walk away). The only negative is the parking is tight. We had a larger SUV that required a little backing in and out every time we were coming or going, but pretty hard to complain about parking 20 feet from your room. We plan on this as our go-to for any future Maui visits!

Sunset delight

What a fantastic place to stay! There are so many wonderful things about this place that I will not be able to mention it all. - Every evening you will be treated to a wonderful sunset, each one unique, from the comfort of your porch. - Wonderful location. On the back, you are steps from the beach and view of the islands of Lanai, Kahoolawe, a view of the West mountains and Molokini crater. On the front, you are minutes away from abc stores, gas stations, surf school and a short drive from the nice Wailea area. - The unit itself is very thoughtfully stocked. Plenty of books about the islands, all sort of beach gear and travel gear, and kitchen equipment. We spent a memorable fortnight in Maui filled with delightful sunsets!

On. The. Beach!

Beautiful place! It was the perfect place for my husband, daughter, son in law and new baby. Being on the beach is such a gift! The second bedroom is a bit small but seriously, it didn’t really matter to us. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone but being able to bring the baby back and forth made this so perfect for our family.

Fantastic Stay at the Beach

We absolutely loved our stay in Kihei. The condo is truly on the beach, it takes less than 30 seconds to be in the ocean! It was so convenient to walk down to the beach several times a day. The condo was very well stocked and so comfortable for our family of 3. We will definitely be back!

Long time visitors to Maui, we happened upon this gem of a location and the perfect beach over 20 years ago. After staying in the complex for the past several years, we were blessed with the opportunity to purchase it. Imagine sipping lemonade on a lounge chair while watching the waves roll in.

Other than a true beach front location, on one of the worlds most wonderful sand bottom beaches, we are perfectly situated within easy walking distance to several restaurants and lounges. In addition we offer several of the little touches others may not. Our condo is stocked with those little items you may miss in others, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet tissue, paper tissue, kleenex, laundry detergent, a considerable collection of spices and oils, toiletry kit including q-tips, bandaids, nail files, hair ties ear plugs and shower caps.
Larger conveniences include central air-conditioning vs a wall unit, a bluetooth receiver for surround sound, umbrellas, coolers, terry robes, binoculars, a espresso machine, and two outdoor living areas. A beautiful beach front location coupled with a kitschy private retreat.
