The Space:

Enter this well-maintained 1250 sq. ft loft-style condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The downstairs master suite features a comfortable queen bed and a flat-screen TV, along with a private en-suite bathroom accessible from the hallway. The fully-equipped, eat-in kitchen flows seamlessly into the spacious living area, boasting vaulted ceilings and skylights that flood the space with natural light. Enjoy meals at the dining table or the kitchen peninsula, or step out onto the deck for breakfast or coffee. The deck overlooks the pristine, uncrowded pool and grilling areas and includes a utility closet with a full-sized washer and dryer for added convenience. Located in Surfside Beach's Golf Colony Resort, just 1.5 miles from the beautiful Surfside Beaches.



Guest Access:

You will have the whole condo to yourself with shared access to the pool with other guests and homeowners. Entry is by keypad lock and the code will be provided 48 hours prior to check in.



The Neighborhood:

Close enough to the Surfside beaches, Golf Colony at Deerfield is much quieter and more family friendly than Myrtle Beach. You will be close to the Surfside Beaches, 15 minutes from the Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk and 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach restaurants and amenities/attractions. One of the best kept secrets in Surfside!



Getting Around:

Just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, but a car is recommended. Uber is available in the area, but can be limited at times and can get you to the property for about $20-25.



Other Things to Note:

For your stay, we provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toiler paper each. which are all included in the "cleaning fee". Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate.



To ensure a safe and smooth stay for all guests, we use a secure guest portal that includes your rental agreement, local recommendations, and access to any upsells that may be available to you. As part of this process, the portal does ask for a copy of a valid photo ID for verification and liability purposes. For your safety, the link to the portal is sent directly through the platform’s message thread.
