Picturesque 2+ bedroom, 2 bathroom fully furnished villa with a fabulous water view in the coveted gated Verona section of Sun City Center. This is a 55 and over community which requires one occupant to be 55 or older. There are two golf courses in the Sun City Center community and many more in the surrounding area.

Sit on the screened in lanai for morning coffee while watching the beautiful sun rises or to relax with your favorite beverage after a day of golf or swimming. Master bedroom/bath has tray ceiling, walk-in shower with a seat, duel sinks and a walk-in closet. Laundry has full size washer and dryer and utility sink. Sheets, bath towels and pool towels are included. Also comes with two passes to the Sun City Center Community Center which includes 3 swimming pools (one outside and two inside therapy pools), a state of the art fitness center, on site tennis and pickle ball courts and many other activities. Verona also has it’s own communal swimming pool for Verona residents and guests.

Sun City Center is a short drive to Ruskin, Bradenton, St. Petersburg or Sarasota beaches and is conveniently located 45 minutes south of Tampa International Airport and an hour north of St. Armands Square in Sarasota. It’s also a half hour drive to outlet mall.

Membership is also available for purchase to Club Renaissance Country Club with greater than 60 day rental which has resort style swimming pool, a spa, gym, restaurants and bar.
