Check out the custom updates including tile floors, wood covered ceiling, stainless appliances and farmhouse sink in the kitchen, large flat screen TV in the living room and custom bathrooms! There is seating for 6 at the dining table and the breakfast bar seats 4. The living room is comfortably decorated with sliding doors that open to the sundeck and ceiling that vaults to the second floor. Both main level and upstairs master bedrooms feature King beds! For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a Queen Sleeper Sofa and a Single RollAway bed.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
