Spectacular views from the balcony and interior of this top floor condo. The living area has a wall of floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass door to the balcony. The dining has a large window with a view up the beach and a wet bar with icemaker. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a breakfast bar.

The master bedroom has a wall of floor to ceiling windows and a glass sliding door that opens to the private balcony. The master bath features a garden tub and walk-in shower with grab bars. The guest bedrooms have a private vanity with sink, and there is a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

This unit has reserved, covered parking under the building, and unassigned guest spots around the building.

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
