Fire up an afternoon BBQ in the gorgeous backyard and enjoy an evening around the fireplace. Less than a five-minute flat walk from the waters edge, the property provides an excellent base from which to explore the Central Coast of NSW or spend lazy days at the beach. **NB: This is a part of our 4 bedroom property.**
The Black Pearl is extremely clean and bright thanks to the new renovation, and boasts 2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. The house has been thoughtfully styled with all of the design elements required to create this relaxed, comfortable and welcoming beach house. The lush backyard has a huge terrace space with stadium style seating, outdoor dining, well equipped outdoor barbecue / kitchen, and plenty of tranquil spots to relax on the grass or amongst mature trees.
All Linen including sheet sets, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided. Beds are made ready for your arrival.
•Ducted air conditioning throughout and fly screens on all opening windows.
•Open plan living/dining/kitchen that opens out onto the expansive deck
•TV with Netflix and Stan
•Wireless internet through NBN network
•Full-sized well equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, fridge with ice maker and Zip tap (sparkling/filtered/boiling water on demand).
•Master bedroom with Queen bed, mattress pads and top quality bedding, box window seat and a built-in wardrobe
•Second bedroom has king single bunks. The built-in wardrobe provides plenty of storage and has a tub of children's toys, games and books.
•Family sized bathroom with a freestanding soaker tub, large walk in shower, heated floor and towel rail. Hand wash, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer provided.
•Laundry includes brand new Bosch washer/dryer and large tub. Washing detergent and stain remover are provided for your use.
•A few beach essentials provided such as Noodles (the most versatile beach floatie invented), beach toys and water toys.
•An adult sized bicycle for those quick trips to the General Store or to explore the village.
•Open Fireplace with plenty of firewood and there's plenty of kindling in the form of sticks around the yard.

My husband, daughter and I had holidayed in Pearl Beach for many years before moving overseas. On returning to Australia we visited Pearl Beach again reigniting our love for the area.
We fulfilled our dream, bought a little fibro shack and have spent the last year lovingly renovating it. We have created our version of the perfect beach house. It’s light, airy and relaxed. We have added special touches of luxury, such as plenty of storage and a Zip Tap, to make an effortless living environment so you can focus on enjoying family, friends and the beach.
We are excited (and a little nervous) to now be taking the next step in our journey which is sharing our dream home with others. We want everything to be perfect for our guests and are looking forward to hearing their feedback.

Perfectly situated on a quiet street but just a 5 mins flat walk to the waters edge and in the middle of the best of what Pearl Beach has to offer. The original house was built in 1950 and we have done our best to keep the original charm while addin gmodern design thinking and amenities.
