Our family really enjoyed staying in this lovely home. There was something for everyone in our very wide age range to do or enjoy. The water park, which is included, was a huge hit and made the house an even better value. My only complaint is with the property management company. We reported two small questions which were quickly addressed and remedied. Thank you Jeeves. However, on Monday, Direct TV went out.,we reported it twice and today (Saturday)when we left there was still no service. The house, amenities and location are five star! Would stay again.

Disappointed this time as we rented the same house three years ago and it was in great shape.Started out bad as Jeeves management company never sent us the code to the front door so the initial access took a little bit of work as I was flying and my daughter and her family were sitting in the driveway. This pool had algae, and even after the owner called in pool maintenance it was still gross. Other aspects of the inside showed very little maintenance. First floor shower backed up. Pots and pans cheap. TVs were old and did not have TV channels could only screen mirror from android. No streaming which was bad timing with World Cup and US Open going on.Bright side is that the 8 Bedroom En-suite setup is still awesome. Encore resort water park is still great. Having the 2nd fridge in the garage is very good. We won't stay here again but there are lots of other houses in the neighborhood to choose from.

Perfect New Year Stay

This was my favorite Vrbo property yet! We traveled with extended family so our group included kids all the way to seniors and this home was perfect. Everyone had a nice private space and the common areas were perfect for sharing meals and enjoying each others company. We spent the bulk of the week in the pool and the hot tub and really enjoyed the covered patio space and the pergola. We are already looking at a repeat stay!

Amy, we are happy to know that you and your family had a great time at our home. We tried reaching out a few times to see how your trip was going but were unsuccessful in doing so. We always reach out to our guest upon arrival, in the middle of their stay as well as at the end of their stay just to check in to see how everyone is doing and to see if anything was needed. We regret that we were not able to do so here but are glad everyone enjoyed themselves and their holidays as well as following house rules and taking care of our property. We will rent to Amy and their family again.

Our house was very clean and lovely. Spacious and the host checked in on us constantly, answered questions and were super attentive. Also, travel day was stress free bc there were no check out instructions besides locking the front door. 10/10!

Great Home for Families

We were extremely impressed with the house and all that it had to offer. There was plenty to both kids and adults (games, movie theater, pool, hot tub, etc). Great location to food and shopping and real close to Disney. We also enjoyed the onsite Waterpark for a couple days. We would highly recommend this home for all families!

The property was clean and spacious. The common areas were large enough for our party and the neighborhood was nice. A few drawbacks were the management company, I made a few request and even after talking with someone things were not taken care of. Example the cable was not working in the themed children's rooms and they never came to fix it. The front door lock was not locking correctly I called and they said they would send someone out to fix it but it was never confirmed if they came to the house or not. Several of the games and theatre area items were not working properly. Now with the negative things listed I would still stay at this property but I would just communicate with the owners over the management team. I did this after we checked out as I didn't want to be blamed for things that were already damaged and the owners were very helpful.

Best family vacation!

We had a group of 15, ranging from 6-over 50. Everyone thoroughly loved the house! Lots of games, fun in the pool! The water park was so awesome to have access to and close to the house. The few small issues we had were taken care of promptly. Would stay again.

We absloutely loved this property, the villa was exactly as described with the pool and outside area's are brilliant. We really liked the putting area and hot tub, and the a/c was excellent meaning we all slept well overnight. Its on a very safe and welcoming community with its own larger pool and waterslides and we also found Walmart was only 5-10 minutes as well for the big shop. We hired a car and we could get to Disney within 10 minutes and Universal around 20 mins.The communication with the host was also 1st class with replies to any questions within the hour. We would 100% recommend this property if you are looking to stay in the area

Lots of bathrooms and bedrooms and convenient to The Encore Clubhouse which is a blast! Only one minor suggestion ... for a house with a 16 person capacity, you need more pots. :)

Family Vacation

This house was exactly as the pictures showed. Leslie the property owner was a pleasure to deal with. Only knock is that the game room is not air conditioned and is basically not usable if it’s over 80 degrees and it should be in the description. We had great time and would definitely return.

Honestly, our Disney trip was a blast, but this house was the real MVP of the vacation. After trekking 10 miles a day through the parks, coming back to this place was the ultimate "chill out" move. With 8 bedrooms and a million bathrooms, our huge crew had plenty of room to spread out and relax without ever feeling like we were on top of each other. It’s rare to find a spot that’s this big but still feels so high-end and comfortable.The amenities were a total game changer for our "off days." The kids (and the competitive adults) spent hours on the private mini golf course, and the pergola was our go-to spot for morning coffee and evening hangs. But the real showstopper? HOT TUB and the POOL! It was the perfect way to recharge our batteries before heading back into the Disney crowds.If you’re looking for a home base that’s actually as exciting as the theme parks, just book this place already. It was spotless, stylish, and honestly hard to leave on check-out day. We’re already checking our calendars to figure out when we can get the whole family back here. Seriously, this house turned a great trip into an unforgettable one!

Fantastic Stay, 6 kids, 6 adults

Easy check-in process, property looks exactly as pictured, and had plenty of space for 3 families to spread out. I had contacted the property agent a few times prior to the trip and she was fantastic in answering questions and providing details about the property. The outdoor space was well kept, pool was clean and warm, and we loved eating on the patio after a long day. We went to Disney parks which were a quick 15 minute ride and spent a few days at the Encore club which the entire family enjoyed. Great water slides for all ages, big pool, drinks, lunch, etc. Would absolutely return to the property!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This property had each and everything it advertised. We had an wonderful time. We enjoyed the pool, game room and movie room. Everyone loved their rooms and bathrooms. We plan to return with the kids before the year is over. Beautiful home.

Family Vacay

This lovely home was just perfect for our family of 6 adult kids and our 4 grandbabies, ranging from 5 years old to 6 months. The Frozen theme room with the slide was dreamy for our cute 3 yr old grand daughter and the Minions room, super fun for our 5 year old grandson. From the putting green to the pool, the arcade to the movie theater, everyone couldn't be happier. The resort area was also quite fun with the Splash Park and Arcade. Thank you K&J for all the wonderful accomodations. A memory we will treasure forever.

Beautiful

This home had plenty of space along with king beds for each adult room, cute theme rooms for kids, new putt putt and pergola, and many other great features. The only problem we had during our stay was keeping the air temperature comfortable during those hot Florida days of July. Overall, the house was perfect, spacious and beautiful for our big family of 10. 😁

Beautiful home with lots of entertainment!

This home was beautiful and we found lots of entertainment without having to leave the home often. My kids loved the themed rooms, Theater room and the jacuzzi. Unfortunately there was issues with the pool heat which they tried to address several times during our stay, but everyone still enjoyed the Jacuzzi and had a great time. Also, the owner will refund us for the inconvenience. Customer service was excellent through the management company and the host, I definitely recommend and would stay again. Book this Resort, you won’t regret it. Kids and adults will also enjoy the aqua center.

Great for family with small kids!

We had a great week spending time with our extended family at this house. The owners were absolutely wonderful to deal with. We had several concerns (damaged furniture, broken appliances, bbq etc.) that were mainly caused from previous renters, but the owners were quick to try and fix what they could. Jeeves was not very reliable, as it seemed the resort was overbooked for their capacity. We would definitely visit again if the above problems are addressed. I have no doubt they will be, as the owners tried their very best to help us from afar.

Greetings Stephanie and thank you so much for your review. First, we must thank you for staying at our vacation home and we welcome you back with open arms. We hope you and your family have a great time. Now let’s address your concerns. The broken furniture was the outside furniture for the pool deck. We have the newly purchased furniture sitting in the garage that was waiting for someone to assemble unfortunately we could not get anyone there to do it fast enough before your trip ends because it was scheduled for the week of March 20th when the home is cleared. We know it would be nice for that to be done during your stay we tried but as you stated our management company was not moving fast enough to assist in that regard. The good news with our renovated backyard all outside furniture has been upgraded and switched out. As far as broken appliances we are not aware of that and neither did we discuss any appliances being broken but if that is the case whatever is broken will be fixed or replaced immediately. In regards to the bbq grill bbq grills are rented through our management team Jeeves and brokered through a third-party company. Stephanie rented a three-burner grill that was delivered on time. Stephanie requested a bigger grill because of the size of her family. We facilitate that for Stephanie took a little longer than we both wanted but a four-burner grill was delivered before the end of Stephanie's stay. Great family great guest will definitely rent to them again communication was great and overall Stephanie and her family were awesome. Definitely when you are back next time we transform the entire backyard, do upgrades, and changed out old furniture for new. Stephanie thanks again for booking our vacation home.

Family vacay

Our family ranges from age 1 up to 56. There is 13 of us and this house had room for more. We have 6 grandchildren and they loved their rooms and all the activities that were available for them to play. The adults kept entertained also. The house was very comfortable and relaxing inside and out. The owners were awesome. I had a small issue when we first arrived and they called me personally and they 3 wayed the managers in to take care of issue. That was above and beyond to me. They made us feel welcomed in their home. We used the shuttle bus from the resort twice to WDW. Such a convenience. We would definitely rent here again. Thank you all so much for such a pleasant vacation!

VRBO Very Disappointing

I was disappointed in our stay the Cable didn't work the entire time we were there, the pool wasn't cleaned as requested. The owner of the property is deceptive and didn't charge for the property as it was listed. This was my first experience with VRBO and I don't think I will ever use them again.

Again we would like to thank Mrs. James for booking our property. As it relates to the cable not working and the pool being dirty this is the first time this is being brought to our attention and that is when Mrs. James left us a review. At time of check-in a booklet with our management team phone number and email address is provided leading up to check-in. The pool is being maintained three times per week by our HOA, never had any issues before but we will make sure we bring these issues to our management company just to make sure that we are offering the best service to our customers. Mrs. James mentioned that “ The owner of the property is deceptive and didn’t charge for the property as it listed “. We have no knowledge of Mrs. James claims as this property was purchased in September of 2022 and Mrs. James had booked the property prior to us taking over. Mrs. James was also charged for damages to the property which was brought to our attention by our management company after her departure, which was also brought to her attention. We apologized for any inconvenience you had, if the issues were brought to our attention during your visit it would’ve been taking care of promptly.

Such A Pleasant Backyard

I booked this property really at the last minute after researching other properties. I was there with friends attending a conference. The backyard is what did it for me. The house is ideal for families with children. We did not have children in our party, but I must admit I played the Pac Man arcade game myself. We had some trouble with directions and a chiming alarm when we checked in and the night crew was there immediately. There is an onsite restaurant that delivers which came in handy several times. The owner communicated with me quickly as needed. Again, if you are a family looking for a pleasant home-like space with fun extras and a cool backyard space this is your place. Spacious, clean, and fun.

Lovely home

In short: The home is perfectly located for those who want to go to Dinsey and Universal. It is child friendly, and the rooms are amazing. We ran into a number of unexpected issues that were outside of the owner's control (pool heat, hot tub not working, AC leaking), but he was AMAZING with communicating with me via text and phone. Our group of 7 has stayed in at least 5 of these encore homes in the last two years or so, and I have to say, the level of communication was outstanding. Jeeves always seems to hem and haw about fixing things, but the owner and I were able to text to get to the bottom of some of the issues. In the end, since the hot tub blower needed to be replaced, I was kindly refunded for the lack of workability for it. Thanks for everything, Kennady! I know it was a wild week with us and getting things figured out. We appreciate everything you did!

Jessica you and your family has been great and for that we thank you and we appreciate you staying at our vacation home. I would like to address the issues you and your family encounter while staying at our property. We understand that the pool heat and hot tub were broken by the previous guest but it was never reported to us the owner by our management team to address and fix the issue before our next reservation which was you that was checking in. I must say this was the first time that this happens and to their credit, it would be difficult for something like that to be discovered knowing that our turned around time was less than a day. That still leaves us with no excuse to make sure that everything was ready to go for our next guest and for that we apologize. The good news is that everything was replaced and fixed and we got everything to work a few days before your departure. As it relates to the AC these things do happen. When the issue was brought to our attention we brought it to our management company and the issue was addressed and everything was up and running right away. That also has been serviced, fixed, and working as it should be. Lisa was a great guest communicating with her was never an issue she was right there to assist and communicate with our management team to rectify and fix all unexpected issues. They took care of our home and for that we thank them. We hope to host you and your family again in the next near future. NOTE: If you are staying at our vacation home after March 24th, 2023 you are in for some upgrades. We are currently upgrading our backyard with the following. Green Turf Golf Coffee fireplace Pergola with more outdoor furniture There will also be some changes in the kitchen as it relates to dinnerware and cookware. Some adjustments will be made in the movie theater as well as the patio. See you soon..........

We love the close proximity to Disney (10 min drive) and all the amenities this resort offers, making our vacations here truly memorable. We chose this property because its backyard/pool area was considerably bigger than other homes we saw in the resort. Being the parents of four young children we understand how valuable outdoor space is. We have just done a major upgrade to our backyard with a brand new Pergola, Mini Golf Green Turf with a fire place and brand new furniture. This upgrade was done March 2023.
