This is our 10th stay in Orlando always in villas in the Windsor Hills area, prior to our stay I emailed to ask about directions and how to get into the gated resort they sent some jumbled directions. When we arrived it was not straight forward and took me three home calls to sort it out and after a long time traveling with two tired three year olds it was very poor , and we had to pay an extra $50 because we arrived later , I have never had issues like this on previous visits . The Villa is basic although it has a lot of bedrooms the living area has only got space to sit half of our family . Various things were broken ,in the villa a tv in one of the bedrooms, locks on bedroom doors and no lock on master bedroom bathroom door ,one smoke detector was bleeping constantly, we then had to take the batteries , the iron was broken and snagged clothing . There was no kettle , no tea towels , the fluffy grey towels in the pictures are no where to be seen there are instead small white poor quality towels and not enough. We booked the villa because it looked liked the pool was nice , it was horrible it was grimy around the edge and had dead frogs etc in it There is no safe in the house , which is abnormal , we felt cautious about leaving anything in the property. The cleanliness under the bed and behind the tv etc is very dirty and not regularly cleaned there was one dirty sock left in the drawers in some wardrobes there are no coat hangers so some family members had to leave clothes in suit cases .The villa is tired and needs some tlc some of the bedding was marked . I emailed the company to complain about some of the issues there response seemed like what do expect for the money ! They said as a courtesy they would send over a pool cleaner , and they did but it didn’t look any different after apart from the removal of the frogs . I would avoid this property, I’m a business woman and I think we should have much better service .
