Centrally located for easy access to main attractions

We had an amazing time visiting Puerto Rico and staying in this rental was perfect. We had easy access to old San Juan, and it was not too far to get to El Yunque or Luquillo. It was convenient to have a secure garage and a nice outdoor patio area for drinks in the evenings. We would stay here again!

Casual & Comfortable Home

Great stay overall! Clean space, comfy beds, and we felt very secure. Loved the private parking and the mini hoops game. There was a hot water issue at first, but the owner worked hard to fix it quickly. Would stay again!

Clean & homey

It was like staying at Grandma’s house! Very clean and super comfortable. Communication with host was excellent and everything was explained well. Thanks for a lovely stay at a time when we needed it. Highly recommended!

Tony was very nice. Enjoyed my stay no issues at all. Liked the fact I could park my car in the carport and it was secured. Would definitely stay again.

Pleasant

I loved this house, the decor, the master bedroom and bathroom, and especially the neighboring roosters in the a.m. lol! The pictures do this place no justice. I loved that we stayed in a real neighborhood and a resort. No one bothered us, we freely walked the hood. We did have a hard time finding the place according to the address listed, but once we found it, it felt like home away from home, pleasant!

Safe and close to main entertainment events

Safe,Good AC in rooms,good layout rooms are far apart with two separate bathrooms. Kitchen and laundry were a good plus. However communication with person in charge was disappointing. The number given when called did not work. We had to ask a neighbotwho gave us the a working number. When we finally were able to talk to someone we were told, that we were not in their schedule(even thou we had made the reservation .months. before )and we had to wait for the place to be clean, not even allowed to leave our bags while the cleaning was done and in the meantime we went to get dinner. A little more curb appeal would help also.

Not what we expected!

Extremely disappointed with our stay. We weren't there for two days, and issues arose at the property—no water and electricity for two days. The property owner was willing to bring a generator but would get it there the following afternoon. There was not a single flashlight, only candles. We had to come out of pocket and purchase flashlights. Food was purchased since we rented a house, and it became spoiled. Since there was no electricity, the air conditioners were not functioning. We had to move to another location and came out of pocket! Vrbo paid the renter in total for a service that was not rendered. Now, trying to get our money back is another hassle. I would not recommend staying at this location. You will run the risk of losing electricity and water. Extremely disappointed!!!

My boyfriend and I loved our stay at this home. The house was very clean and felt very safe. The owner of the house was always available when we had any questions about anything. We definitely recommend others to stay and will definitely want to stay again!!

Was what we needed

After staying with family and friends for the duration of our time through out the island, we decided to rent a house close to San Juan airport for our departure. This house was perfect for us. Garage parking, washer, dryer, hot water and air conditioning!!
