Our custom boutique beach house is decorated in a modern beach theme w/king in master, queen pull-out in main area & 2 single beds in the large sleeping loft suitable for both adults and kids aged 5-12. Gourmet kitchen is just off one of the two coastal decks which perch over water views from every angle. Bordering the Niagara-on-the-Lake wine route & a short drive to Niagara Falls.

We strive to offer a boutique hotel experience, but throughout an entire home. Attention has been given to style and comfort! You can read over 350 5-star reviews on other sites. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances including a convection-microwave, pot filler, gas stove, large refrigerator with filtered refrigerated water and ice and a dishwasher. There are four bar stools at the island and a pop-up table in the attached sunroom that can seat 7 with custom built-in benches. There is a washer/dryer in the front entrance within custom cabinetry. The entire home has central heating and central air conditioning. There are TV's in the bedroom and living room and one in the loft connected to a DVD player. Owners live on site, but you have no shared spaces.
