I do my best to provide my visitors with the best service possible but in this case the sink was not 'broke' but needed a minor repair to the drain which was fixed in a very short time while there are a total of three bathrooms available. I am unable to verify the problem of a lack of towels as I can provide extra towels upon request. In fact I had been in contact with the guest during her stay by email and she did not indicate a problem. I am not responsible for her encounters on the beach with tour sellers as it is beyond my control except that I recommend that travellers should always be prudent about making such arrangements. In the description of my property it is written that it is a short walk from the beach indicating that it is not on the beach. We do not need AC in the winter months and the ventilators provide adequatecomfort in the summer.

I am very well aware of the difficulties that many local people endure in that country. My husband and I have been regularly helping employees and others financially. We have paid for ambulances, nurses or doctors to go in ambulances when required by the condition of the person and their medical care until they could get to a public hospital. Regarding the working conditions for the employees, two years ago the foreign owners at Albatros hired and paid somebody to build a roofed terrace with a kitchen for the employees to have a pleasant place to eat but a local owner went and demolished it. There is almost no middle class in the country but quite often those people who are in contact with foreigners can benefit from their help. There are just too many people that need support. In your thanks you missed Luna, Ignacio and Manuelcito who are also great people. In fact I think we are very fortunate to have such devoted staff that will do their best for guests to enjoy their stay.
