It was a great stay for our 4 kids for Spring Break! It is a little away from everything, but many places to stay in St. George are. There are restaurants and stores within a 10-12 min drive though-not too bad. It was comfortable with games and a fully equipped kitchen. It was nice and quiet at night. We loved being able to run and bike up to Snow Canyon.

Loved the condo.

We loved the condo. It was perfect for our stay over thanksgiving. Lots of dishes and utensils. The pool was heated, which was amazing. Also the state park 5 minutes away was a nice plus.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bella Vista at The Ledges had everything we needed. It was clean, well supplied, bed was comfortable, kitchen was really organized and all dishes and pans were clean. The unit is on the end rear facing and was quiet. The surrounding area is gorgeous.

Ledges - beautiful property - great golf get away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful property with all the needed amenities. Modern decor, fully appointed kitchen, very clean. Beautiful outdoor space overlooking the 18th fairway. Master bedroom, bath and closet are spacious. 2 other smaller bedrooms that share a bath.

Best vacation home ever.

We are from the east coast and had never experienced views and had the best vacation ever. The house was just as the listing showed. Extremely clean and so much to do. We enjoyed the games, played pickle ball, the pool was right down the road. Rented bikes one day and it was very convenient being right in the neighborhood. Gorgeous house and the communication was immediate if anything seemed to occur. Thank you again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were really pleased with the unit and its location. Scored a few golf balls out of the garden between the patio and fairway. Clean and spacious. Well stocked with dishwasher and laundry soap, snacks, and tourist advice, paper towels, etc. There’s a map of Snow Canyon that is invaluable. We regret driving to Zion NP. Complete zoo. The north entrance to Snow Canyon is only a few miles north of the Ledges exit on Rt 18. Go there and take water, gallons of water. A drawer of spices would be nice. The golf course on the other hand, overpriced for what it is, $100 club rentals, greens covered with unrepaired ball marks which reflects poorly on the clientele. Wouldn’t play there again. Katelyn, in the office, gets kudos for helping us with the reservation. I botched the dates and she was able to correct my mistake. Thanks to the owner for being flexible.
