This property was in a great location. Easy to walk to beach restaurants and bridge street. The condo was nicely decorated and equips. Communication with host was great. We will be back.

The proximity to the beach is fantatic. The property manager answered all of our questions and were excellent to work with. The condo was really nice. I would definetly stay here again. The landscape of the property grounds could use a little TLC. The gym was closed due to construction but we were aware of that before we booked it.

Great Spot for a Family Beach Vacation

The perfect spot for a family of four! We loved the location's proximity to the beach and to restaurants, and it was great to have a pool on-site for the kids as well. The condo was clean, recently updated, and equipped with everything we needed!

We had a great time here. I do suggest renting a golf cart to get around. The place was great and just a short walk across the street to the beach.

We had a blast! This location is super convenient and you can walk to the beach and the downtown area! We played lots of mini golf, tried new foods/restaurants, and got engaged during a sunset beach walk.

Great stay on Anna Maria Island

We had a wonderful time at Terry's condo. Location was perfect. The space was great for a family. We had some issues with the washer & dryer while we were there. Other than that, the place is great.

Clean, great location and super communicative and helpful host. What else can you ask for. If traveling to AMI and want close access to beach, a great pool, and close enough to bike to anything you need - this is the spot.

Runaway Retreat!

The condo was lovely, clean, and well equiped! It was comfortable with cozy beds and extra quilts/blankets for chilly nights! Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals! Short walk to the best beach and a warm swim in the pool afterwards. I am looking forward to coming back for another stay!
