Positioned in a nice quiet Cul De Sac and only a few minute drive to the beautiful Papamoa beach this home caters to the needs of many.

A large galley kitchen providing you with a nice breakfast bar or if you just like plenty of room to prepare your meals. Feel free to help yourself to the pantry, but please replace what you use.

1 television in the lounge with access to Netflix, Freeview and Disney+, while the master bedroom is equiped with Freeview and apple tv for your viewing.

With 1 queen bed in the master bedroom, 1 double bed in the spare bedroom and space for the electronic inflatable double bed in the baby's room, there is plenty of space to accommodate you. Also available is a secondary electronic inflatable bed that can easily be set up in the lounge.

Whether it be the Papamoa Plaza, Fashion Island or Bayfair Shopping Center that takes your favour, all only a short drive away. Suitable for entertaining or simply getting some well-deserved R&R, this caters to a variety of needs.

A $450 (equivalent to one extra nights stay and excess) damage protection fee in place.
