We are disappointed to read this review, as we feel it does not fairly represent our home or the efforts we made to address your concerns. As the owners, we take great pride in our property and genuinely want our guests to have an enjoyable stay. When you initially contacted us, we responded immediately, personally came to the home, addressed the handrail concern, provided additional towels, and offered to have our housekeeper return to address any cleaning concerns. Both railings have since been inspected and secured. You sent us back with the additional garbage bags provided-they weren’t to your expectations, I presume. Several additional concerns mentioned in this review were not brought to our attention during your stay, leaving us without the opportunity to address them. While we recognize that every guest has different expectations, we believe our home is accurately represented in our listing. We welcome constructive feedback and are always willing to address concerns promptly. We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, but we also feel it is important for future guests to know that we are attentive, accessible owners who genuinely care about their comfort and experience.
