Brian I am so sorry for this issue as this should not be the case. Our property manager is aware that this needs to be fixed and we have not had any problems since. We would be very happy if you decided to stay with us again and we will make sure you have a better experience with everything being stocked. I appreciate your feedback.

Hi Mike, I truly apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. We did make an effort to resolve the situation by calling our housekeeper, but unfortunately, they weren’t able to make it that night. We understand your frustration and are sorry that you had to deal with it. We also offered a full refund to give you the option of not staying, which would have given you a free night, and I sincerely regret that we couldn't meet your expectations with this. I also wish you would have mentioned the issue with the coffee maker, as we could have sent someone to address that. I understand this was disappointing, and I’m genuinely sorry we couldn’t offer a better solution. Please know that we’ll continue to work on improving our service.

Hi Larry, I have reached out to our cleaning company and filed a complaint. I am very sorry about this, and not sure about the post stay text. I am very sorry about this absolutely not acceptable. We are looking into future options to fix these issues.

Hi Louise, We talked back and forth as these things happened. We have specific spots where things need to stay. Such as a microwaves plug cannot be switch to another outlet because a microwave is on its own breaker. Other outlets cannot support the power a microwave needs. We have the coffee maker on a separate outlet from the microwave, again for the power it draws. When both are plugged into the same outlet, it does cause the breaker to trip as it would in any home or condo. Multiple times we asked that you stop moving appliances and tried to explain this to you. Our maintenance contacted me letting me know this is what was going on, and that appliances kept being moved. We are sorry you felt this was not adequate for your experience. There is not much we can do about this situation when you don't cooperate. Any guest would need to follow the same rules. I wish we could have resolved this when we talked back and forth, but unfortunately this was not a good solution for you. Your feedback tells me that I could try and explain this in a better way should it happen again in the future. There is always a way to learn and grow from the experience and this is what we will be taking from this experience.

Hello Cliff, Yes we do live out of state and have someone managing the items that you listed. We tried to do everything we could for your stay and had someone out the next morning to service the items you mentioned. Upon arrival they let us know all items were operable with no problems. There is hot water for the shower and we had that checked as well. Servicer stated water took less than 1 minute to heat up. Again we are sorry for these inconveniences but we did pay for a specialist to go out and no problems were found.
