This is a beautiful home, great lakehouse feel, sufficient for everything we needed with four teenagers. There are two sofa beds, one upstairs and one downstairs which was helpful. It was nice to have a downstairs hang out room. Everything felt fresh and clean. Includes a nice canoe which is locked on the dock. The paddles could be improved - seems like the top pieces are missing. The only negative about this home is access to the dock, and I feel like that should be disclosed in the photos so you know what you are getting into. We probably still would have selected this home because there wasn't a lot available and we really wanted to have lake access. Since we have older kids, teens and college age, it worked okay for us. But beyond the Gazebo deck area in the photos is rock face on a hill down to the water and another set of four steps which wind your way down to the actual dock. It is a shock to see at first, how far it is to the water, and it is somewhat of a challenge to carry paddleboards down to the dock. There is no shoreline - only jump off the dock for water access. I wouldn't recommend for younger kids or elderly. I think a photo from the water looking in at the dock should be included. But the property itself is beautiful if you are okay with a steep descent to the lake. My college students ran the steps for a morning workout. This is a great area to be, the end of the cove has one of Lake Glenville's water falls.
