Charmantes neues Häuschen in Cape Neddick

Dieses neu errichtete Haus (2019) verfügt über alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten, einschließlich zentraler Klimaanlage, voll ausgestatteter Küche, angeschlossener Garage und 2,5 Badezimmern sowie reichlich Charme mit einem weißen Lattenzaun und einem großen Panoramafenster vom Boden bis zum Dach im Wohnzimmer .

Das Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein geräumiges Bad. Die Küche führt direkt in das Wohnzimmer mit offenem Grundriss, einem Gaskamin und einem bequemen Sitzbereich mit einem an der Wand montierten Großbildfernseher. Es gibt eine Garage für ein Auto, die bequem von der Küche entfernt liegt. Zusätzlich gibt es eine Gästetoilette direkt neben der Küche.

Die zweite Etage umfasst 2 geräumige Schlafzimmer (1 Kingsize-Bett und 1 Queensize-Bett) und ein Badezimmer. Im zweiten Stock befindet sich auch ein Gemeinschaftsbereich mit einem modularen bequemen Sofa und einem Fernseher.

Die vordere Terrasse verfügt über einen großzügigen Sitzbereich mit einem Gasgrill, der sich perfekt für Sommergerichte im Freien eignet. Es gibt weitere 2 Parkplätze an der Vorderseite des Hauses.

Es gibt einen öffentlichen Strand zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt ist dieses Haus perfekt für Gäste, die alle Aktivitäten von York Maine genießen möchten, aber dennoch so abgelegen sind, dass Sie Ihre Batterien aufladen können.

Fabulous!

Location was perfect. Loved the small beach just down the street. The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Peter was a fantastic host. We’ll definitely return next summer.

Fine week on the shore

Beautiful new house in quiet neighborhood. Very close to Cape Neddick bridge and Short Sands. Peter was very accommodating considering the uncertainty this year and we had everything we needed.

Beautiful home and great location!

We had such a great stay in this home! Everything about the house was perfect for us. It had plenty of room for us and our two teenagers and had everything we could have needed - fully equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, and all beautifully decorated. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore the area and visit friends and family. We enjoyed several afternoons at the beach just down the road (a quick 5-10 minute walk, with a loading area if you need to drive and drop off chairs, umbrellas, etc.) and loved coming back to the peace and quiet of this home in the evenings. Peter was a wonderful host and very responsive when we had questions. We hope to stay here again when we come back to Maine next summer!

Hands down, the best vacation rental in York!

Peter’s home was absolutely wonderful. We had 5 in our party who stayed for a full week (my husband, daughter, myself, and my parents). We really enjoyed the layout of the home. It has a nice spacious master suite with really comfy king bed on the first floor with 2 good size bedrooms on 2nd floor. Everything in home is new along with beautiful furniture throughout as this home was recently built in 2019. The kitchen was a dream with easy to use appliances for cooking, baking, and a nice refrigerator/freezer on bottom that holds plenty of food for a full week‘s stay. The kitchen was well equipped with a nice multifunction Breville oven/toaster/air fryer, etc. that is not expected in most seasonal rentals. Cooking was really easy due to the easy layout of kitchen and the eat-in- kitchen is really convenient for a family of 5. The living room was really comfortable with nice reclining chairs and a comfy couch+ smart TV on first floor and a second living area+ Smart TV on 2nd floor between both bedrooms upstairs. A bonus was the nice desk which really helped my husband maintain his work schedule while we vacationed for the week. Other great features of this home are the easy to use Weber grill outside and hot tub. The hot tub only fits 3 at a time but is really nice when York gets cooler in the evenings and we really enjoyed having this as an option for the week since most seasonal rentals don’t have these nice luxuries. The best thing of all about this home is the beautiful front yard and picturesque lot with nice patio and outdoor seating it offers! We enjoyed sitting and eating outside during the cool mornings and evenings, and without mosquitos! The home is also a 7-10 minute walk to Cape Neddick beach which is a public beach that is within walking distance from this home. Lastly, Peter was a great host and was easy to communicate with during our stay for questions, etc. His coffee table books are pretty cool too given I am a photographer and my husband and I love retro country music! His art prints throughout the home also attest to many neat places explored which make his rental a bit more unique than others we have stayed. My husband and I really look forward to staying in Peter’s home again in the future as it is the nicest weekly rental York has to offer! Stephanie and George

Cape Neddick Retreat

This place was an awesome vacation getaway for my family and me. The home was the perfect amount of space and was very inviting giving you that warm cozy feeling! The two sitting areas with two TVs was a nice touch, especially when others in the family wanted to watch something different than what someone else was watching. The proximity of the beach, restaurants and shopping to the house was perfect. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay at this home again if available and would recommend others. The owner Peter was fantastic and was easily available. Thanks again Peter for the opportunity to stay in your lovely home!

Our cottage in the woods

We felt so fortunate to spend a week in “our beautiful cottage in the woods “ with wonderful longtime friends. The cotttage is very well equipped, has 3 AC controls so it was easy to set our bedroom temperatures how we wanted, very comfortable beds with pretty bedding, and a well equipped kitchen. We were not very adept at operating the TV controls and missed cable TV with which we are familiar. The lovely yard supplied flowers for pretty arrangements inside and great views from The interior. There’s a beautiful fireplace to use in colder weather. It’s a perfectly wonderful house!

Perfect Getaway

Quiet area, not far from several beaches. Easy to go up Maine’s coast for day trips. Wonderful restaurants in York and Olgonquint nearby. House is meticulously maintained and enjoyed the outside eating area.

Perfect Maine Vacay!

Wonderful Stay in a Cozy Home!

This was an absolutely charming house for our family of four! Everything was new and clean. The kids each had their own room and their own hangout space in the loft upstairs. Our favorite spots included the pretty outdoor patio area and the hot tub! The amenities were superb and the internet was strong, which was important to us as this was a working and remote learning vacation. The location was ideal, a short drive to activities and sights but far enough away from town. We walked to Cape Neddick beach many days during low tide and saw a lot of different critters in the tidal pools. Peter was a gracious host and very easy to work with. We had a wonderful stay!

Perfect Home in a Perfect Location!

What a beautiful home! Nestled in the trees away from the main road, this home provided the quiet and comfort we were looking for. The floor plan was perfect for our group which was comprised of grandparents, adult children and grandchildren. The grandparents had the 1st floor master with walk in shower, while the adult children and grandchildren occupied the upstairs bedrooms and bath. The linens were soft and new; Peter goes above and beyond to provides extra sheets and towels for his guests. The outdoor living area was great! A fenced in patio and grass area allowed little ones to safely play as the adults relaxed. The patio table and seating were perfect; a table with half bench seating and half couch seating!!! We loved it so much we were trying to find where he purchased it!!! And did I mention there is a 3 person hot tub!! It’s convenient location was within walking distance (for older children and adults) to a small town beach, with views of the Nubble Lighthouse in the distance. If everyone didn’t want to walk there is a 15 minute parking area for loading and unloading. Having never stayed in Cape Neddick, we were delighted with its proximity to Perkin’s Cove/Ogunquit to the north and York to the south (5-10 minute drive). We had a wonderful stay and would love to return next year!

Gorgeous cottage/beach rental near Cape Neddick beach

Rent this property! :). I have been renting beach properties for years in this area and this one stands out. It is brand new with modern features and worked out perfectly for my family of five. The location was perfect for what we wanted. It's on a little dirt road off of Shore Rd., providing easy access to the smaller Cape Neddick beach. It is tucked in and private. We were composed of my teenage son, husband, and I as well as my parents. We had a brother stay one night, and the upstairs couch in the landing area worked out perfectly. The outdoor hot tub was an awesome addition when there were some chillier evenings, as well as the beautiful gas fireplace. The beds were very comfortable, and the extra linens and towels were appreciated, as well as all the little touches - like providing hand pump soaps in the bathrooms and laundry detergent. The outdoor patio table was perfect for many meals. We felt right at home. Peter was very friendly to work with and replied to text messages quickly. I jokingly told him I'd like to be his permanent renter! This is a beautiful home and I highly recommend it!! Sincerely, Kristi Perry
