Mein Platz liegt in der Nähe des Garner State Park (3 Meilen), des Lost Maples Park, des Frio River, von Concan, Utopia, Kerrville und Uvalde. Die berühmten drei Schwestern (beste Fahrstraßen in den USA) Sie werden meinen Platz wegen der Lage, des Ambiente und des Platzes im Freien lieben. Mein Platz ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Familien (mit Kindern), große Gruppen und pelzige Freunde (Haustiere). Haustiere kosten zusätzlich 15 USD pro Haustier und Nacht.
4 Personen - Diese Kabine bietet ein Queensize-Bett, zwei Einzelbetten, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Bad, Wärme und Luft, einen Picknicktisch und einen Grill.
Diese Kabine enthält Folgendes:
Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle, Kaffeekanne, Toaster, Kochgeschirr, Geschirr und Besteck zur Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten.
Grillplatz und Picknicktisch mit Grillutensilien.
Überdachte Veranda mit Gartenmöbeln zum Sitzen, Plaudern, Lesen oder einfach nur zum Genießen der wunderschönen Aussicht auf das Texas Hill Country!
Jedes Bett hat eine Steppdecke, Kissen und eine Matratzenauflage.  Sie müssen Ihre eigenen Laken (Queen & 2 Twins) und Handtücher mitbringen.

Great stay overall. The hosts were very nice and there is a small store on the property, which is handy for things like extra TP. Keep in mind that you do have to bring your own linens. Forgetting those would be a bit of a disaster. The property is beautiful but, it is right off the highway so, during the night the noise can be a bit annoying. It wasn’t a big deal for us but, if quiet is your goal this might be an issue. The area is mind bogglingly beautiful and Garner State Park is only a 7 minute drive, while Leakey proper is about 3 minutes away. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would stay again. If you have an RV they now have a brand new RV lot that is lovely, complete with hookups, fire pits, lots of shade trees and more species of wildflowers than you can shake a stick at. We’re recommending it to all our RV pals. Don’t miss it.

Convenient and Comfortable stay

Quick boys trip to float the river. Location was convenient to Happy Hollow for launch and cabin was comfortable, easily accessible and just what we needed. Firepit was great for smores each night. Great communication throughout the booking and stay process.

Great Spot!

My name is Cassie Hurles, I have always lived in Texas (Dallas & Houston Areas) and all my summers were spent at the Frio River area. I met my husband, Darren (Daz) in 2001 while he was working here in the states. He moved here from Scotland in 2001. We then had our son, Connor in February 2004 and our daughter, Isla in May 2008. The first time I took my husband to the Frio River he fell in love and we kept the family tradition going with our kids, making it a must every year. Then we moved to the beautiful Texas Hill Country in April 2015 & bought Whiskey Mountain Inn on July 22, 2016. We are looking forward to this new adventure.

My place is close to Garner State Park (3 Miles), Lost Maples Park, Frio River, Concan, Utopia, Kerrville, & Uvalde. The famous three sisters (best driving roads in the USA) You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night.

Only 2 miles - There is Happy Hollow tube rentals & shuttle. You take a right out of property & You park there and they shuttle you for tubing.
Only 2 miles - The Washbarn is open 24 hrs - 7 Days a week, you take a left out of the property & it is on the right.
1/2 mile to Buckhorn Bar & Grill
For your convenience, there is a binder in the cabin with a map of all river access and parking details.
