The cabin was in a perfect location for our family. Close to amenities, shopping, food, but also was tucked away so it felt private and you got to experience Mother Nature. The lower level, with pool table, arcade and jacuzzi kept my teenagers busy while we were at the cabin hanging out. Would recommend to friends and family.

After Christmas trip

This cabin was easy to find and very nice for two families. The beds slept nice and the downstairs couch makes out into a bed as well. The downstairs is very roomy and perfect for the kids. We had a great time!

Perfect Cabin!

This cabin was perfect for our family! Our kids enjoyed the pool table, arcade game and hot tub. The cabin was in immaculate condition and close to many attractions. Perfect location to all things Pigeon Forge

The property was very clean inside and out. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, great game room, and nice hot tub. The location is great. You feel like you're in the mountains but still very close to restaurants, shows and shopping. The property manager is very attentive. I highly recommend this Cozy Oak cabin.

Perfect Location and Cabin

Exactly as advertised and even better. The location of the cabin is very convenient to Dollywood, central to all things in Pigeon Forge, plus easy to get to Gatlinburg. You feel like you are in the middle of the woods while having a perfect location. Also right at grocery story (Food City) to maximize use of cabin if you want to cook.

LeConte Center Conference Stay

This beautiful log cabin is perfectly located if you are attending a conference at the LeConte Center in Pigeon Forge. After busy days, you’ll have peaceful nights in the hot tub or rocking chairs on the secluded porches. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals at the house and Food City with a Starbucks is only minutes away. There is quite a slope to the ramp getting down to the house and the bunk beds and second King bedroom are downstairs. But we all managed fine with our parents staying in the King bedroom on the main floor. We would definitely stay at the Cozy Oak again.

Mostly good, some not so much.

The cabin, beds, games etc were all wonderful. Only not good was the walkway to the cabin. It was steep and treacherous. Inside, the folks in the downstairs bedroom were awakened every time someone in the upstairs bedroom got up. Insulate the floors.

Location location location!!

Me, my husband and son checked in on Oct 23 2024. This is by far our most favorite cabin to date ! It met all of our expectations and more ! The beds were amazing . The living room furniture was great . Well stocked kitchen with kitchen utilities and spices . All of the bathroom was excellent . I loved the downstairs game room . I loved everything about this cabin . We did have to check out one day early due to sickness . The ONLY recommendation I would have for this cabin would be some wide steps going from parking down to the cabin . Everything else was top notch ! The hot tub was nice even though we were sick and didn’t get to use it . The host was amazing and provided us with everything we needed in a timely manner . We will definitely be staying here again in the future . Thank you for allowing us to stay with you ! 10/10 recommend !

Memorial Day in Gatlinburg

We liked our stay and had some good memories- there are a few things we had to comment on though so everyone knows. Parking is horrendous. If you have more than two cars, it would be impossible. Also, why there is a steep ramp to the front door and not stairs, I will never know. It is not a wheel chair ramp, it is a VERY steep ramp that is going to cause any accident. My MIL who is 72 almost took a plow going down because you pretty much have to run down it due to the incline. Also- grill is extremely tiny- should be bigger if families of 6 are able to stay. Lastly I would add a fire pit for sure but those are just recommendations. Everything else was great and the inside was very clean. We had a great time.

Perfect getaway

Loved the location...close to everything. Beautiful cabin and loved the downstairs pool table, arcade game and hot tub.
