Die voll ausgestattete Küche mit Meerblick und zentraler Frühstücksbar sorgt dafür, dass der Koch das freundliche Zusammentreffen und Genießen der Aussicht nicht verpassen wird, und der erhöhte Esstisch für sechs Personen bietet ausreichend Platz, um den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten. Im Freien überspannt ein himmelhohes Trex-Deck die Rückseite des Hauses und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Küste. Die King Master Suite hat einen eigenen Zugang zum Deck.

Dieses Haus wird unten noch vielseitiger, mit einem weiteren Deck neben dem Medien- / Spielzimmer, einem großen Versammlungsraum mit abgerundetem Schnitt, TV / DVD und Tischfußball. Zwei Schlafräume sind luxuriös genug für Erwachsene, aber eine Freude für Kinder. Mit den Fahrrädern in der Garage können Sie bequem zum Strand fahren, wo Sie Bierproben im Pelican Pub und gehobene Küche im Meridian Restaurant erwarten. Sie können kilometerweit an Sandstränden in Richtung Süden zum Bob Straub State Park laufen oder die hohen Dünen in der Nähe des Haystack Rock erklimmen, um einen unglaublichen Meerblick zu genießen. Family friendly. Very clean. The only hiccup was that we were told 1 hour before check in that we would have to wait 4 more hours to check in. Talked with customer service and they refunded some money. Otherwise, we had an awesome time and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house, great layout, walking distance to the beach. Couldn’t find the towels, but other than that was great: beautiful view and plenty of room to sit and read or watch tv.

Open. Spacious. Great views. The king bed was quite comfy but the two bunk beds were hard for us adults to get a good night's rest on. Kids didn't complain, tho.

Lovely retreat

We should’ve stayed longer! What a wonderful clean cozy home with a magnificent view of cape Kiwanda. Love the small town of Pacific City. Enjoyed hiking the big sand dune. We wished the living room seating had been more comfortable and the dishes not all chipped. All in all a great stay. Thank you.

Great view, uncomfortable dated furnishings

You're paying for the view. Upon entering the home, it was odorous. As the day went on, we realized the smell was propane from the fireplace. Reported to property management and was told this wasn't anything to worry about. The beds in every bedroom were squeaky and swayed when adjusting. The mattresses weren't comfortable and all the pillows were flat. It seemed like there was minimal effort to enhance this space. Screendoor had broken handles or slammed behind you. Fridge leaked and the water filter needed replacement. We loved seeing deer roam the neighborhood amd watching sunsets.

Great views

The house is just as shown in the listing -- spacious and with great views of the rock and the bay. The kitchen is well stocked. However, several buttons on the oven don't work. It needs to be repaired or replaced. Finding a temperature for baking that is 'near enough' was a challenge. Also, the sofa in the upstairs living room needs a good cleaning. The bedrooms need hangers in the closets. One closet had one hanger, and one had 4 child size hangers which are completely useless for adult clothing. This has nothing to do with the house and is all VRBO: Pacific City, OR and Seattle, WA are in different states several hundred miles apart! The 6 emails you sent in the week before our trip of 'fun things to do in Seattle' were just plain irritating.

Excellent view and location, plenty of room

The view is outstanding. It was nice to eat meals and hang on the deck overlooking the ocean and Cape Kiwanda, watching the sunsets. It was the main reason we picked the place and the view didn't disappoint. The location is walking distance from the beach park and you can't see the houses next door, so it feels more secluded than it is. The layout of the house was perfect for our group of 2 families with 3 kids. Bedrooms and living rooms were big with plenty of space and seating. We were able to let the kids play downstairs and keep the upstairs area quiet. The only complaint would be the 2 double beds with bunks downstairs. It would have been nice if at least one of them had a queen. The couple sleeping downstairs had to sleep separately because they both couldn't fit comfortably in the double. On a side note to the owners, it was nice being greeted by Jesus each time we walked in through the garage. I'm sure that's not always popular but glad you left it up.

Beautiful View

This property had beautiful views of haystack rock and Cape Kiwanda sand dune. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for our party of six. It was lacking in some upkeep, several appliances/things were almost broken (refrigerator handle, stove buttons didn’t all work, screen doors were difficult to open and the screen was torn, master bed and bunk beds all were really creaky,) Overall nice stay though 4 stars.

Just needs a few additions

We loved being at the beach house on the hill. Our two families of 4 fortunately made reservations for the hottest weekend ever in Oregon. The house was a great retreat. My few suggestions are to have a bunk room and then a queen instead of two bunk rooms. It's a little weird to have a bunk for your teenage son in the same room so our nephews slept on the couch. The king bed needs to have the bolts tightened. We barely moved and it was squeaky. Also, we didn't know we needed Ziploc baggies and a wine opener so we had to purchase those. Otherwise the kitchen was well-stacked. We go thru spoons super fast but that's just us. And finally, two out of the 4 plastic Adirondack chairs on the decks were broken and unusable when we arrived. We brought in our own beach chairs. Anyway, we really did enjoy our stay. Other guests may appreciate those minor adds though. Thank you!

Nice house with a great view

We enjoyed our stay in this nice, spacious house with an incredible view. Only problem was that the dishwasher did not work properly.
