Wir würden uns freuen, wenn Sie unser neu erbautes Haus (abgeschlossen im Februar 2017) mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Badezimmern in der Wohnanlage Kiwanda Shores in Pacific City genießen würden! Dieses Neubauhaus ist nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß und zwei Blocks von einem langen Abschnitt wunderschöner Sandstrände entfernt, die zum Erkunden einladen! Das Haus bietet Platz für 10 Erwachsene oder 11, wenn es Kinder gibt.

Das Wohnen auf der Hauptebene umfasst einen großen, offenen Grundriss. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Propankamin, große Schnitt- und Gewölbedecken sowie Zugang zum Essbereich und zur Küche. Sie werden eine gemütliche und entspannte Atmosphäre vorfinden, während Sie Ihre Lieblingssendung oder Ihren Lieblingsfilm auf dem 65 "-Kurvenfernseher ansehen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein eigenes Bad. Darüber hinaus finden Sie zwei Queen-Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer und eine Waschküche. An diesen schönen Sommertagen können Sie auf dem Achterdeck entspannen, während das Abendessen auf dem übergroßen Grill aus Edelstahl gekocht wird. Zu den hochwertigen Oberflächen gehören Granitoberflächen, Fliesenböden und Geräte aus Edelstahl.

Im Obergeschoss finden Sie ein übergroßes Loft-Zimmer und ein eigenes Bad in voller Größe. Das Loft verfügt über ein Doppelbett, zwei Einzelbetten und ein Queensize-Schlafsofa mit einer Memory-Schaum-Matratze. Auf diese Weise können Kinder einen Film aus unserer Sammlung oder Netflix ansehen oder Videospiele auf der Xbox 1s oder Wii spielen.

Darüber hinaus können Sie in der Garage Tischfußball oder eine Partie Billard spielen. Strandspielzeug und ein paar Stühle stehen für Tagesausflüge und Lagerfeuer am Strand zur Verfügung. Für die Kleinen haben wir auch einen BOB-Kinderwagen zum Joggen bereitgestellt. Sie sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand, dem Pelican Brew Pub, den Cafés und dem Kiwanda Market entfernt. Wir hoffen, Sie genießen Ihren Aufenthalt im Sandpiper Escape!

Zusätzliche Informationen: Die extra breite Auffahrt ermöglicht das Abstellen von drei Fahrzeugen (bei Bedarf kann eine vierte über den unteren Rand der Auffahrt auf den Kies gelegt werden). In Kiwanda Shores sind keine Parkplätze an der Straße verfügbar.

Beautiful house on the coast!

We all gathered to memorialize my mom who passed last July. The house was in such a great location, beautifully furnished and perfect for the 7 of us! I couldn't have asked for a better place to come together! Loved that the beach access was close and it was a short walk to the Pelican brewery where my daughter was married last October. All in all it couldn't have been any better. Definitely worth every penny.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was impeccably clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for a Thanksgiving feast. Our son loved using the video game systems and beating his grandparents at air hockey.

What a fantastic weekend!

This was hands down one of the nicest homes we've ever stayed in at the coast. The house was well stocked, extremely clean, and the communication was fantastic with the owners. Highly recommended!

Amazing house in a great neighborhood, close to the beach, hosts were great. Awesome game room and lots of board games. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds and pillows were comfy, linens and towels good quality. We had a wonderful time😊

Wonderful home

The home was lovely. lots of room and things to do. quick walk to the beach. we even had a Christmas tree waiting for us when we arrived! The host were responsive to our questions. The neighborhood was quiet.Very lovely! Would definitely stay there again.

Fun in the sun

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, 10 out of 10 recommend. This house is a few blocks away from the beach, you can tell the house is well taken care of! Sheets and towel are white and clean, kitchen has all the cooking pots, pans, utensils you will need. Grill out back was great, family enjoyed having the pool table out in the garage. Would come back again!

Long weekend in Pacific City

We had a great time in Pacific City and this house was perfect. The open kitchen, dining & family room were perfect for keeping everyone around each other, but allowing everyone to spread out. The garage should be called the fun room. We had fun playing pool and foosball, and my nephew loved the gaming console - almost too many games for him to choose from. We also loved that the house is a very short walk from the beach access.

We loved our stay , it was awesome Memorial Day gateway with family and friends. The house is so clean, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed staying in the house more that outside. The house was really beautiful and stocked with everything we needed. We were all very comfortable. There were 8 adults and 2 children. The kids were never bored. Great house set up for many guests perfect for family to get together. Loved that the kiddos had their own space upstairs. Having three full baths was also nice so everyone had their own. It rained while we were there but there was plenty to keep entertained with the games in the garage and the game closet. Short walk to the beach was nice, close-ish to town. The house overall was kept nice unfortunately the house keepers missed quite a few areas of the home but would overall stay again.

Phenomenal Family Beach House

Great house in a great location. Comfortably slept two families of four. Loft was a great hang out space and sleeping spot for the kids. No shortage of stuff to do around the house after a long day at the beach. Between the gaming systems, air hockey, pool table, foosball table, and the unique arcade system, we were all entertained. Well stocked with games, as well. Kitchen had everything we needed and was laid out in convenient way. We were able walk to the beach each day from the house with all our beach gear. Overall, one of the best vacation homes we’ve stayed in and would definitely come back!

Amazing amenities and beach access!

We had family visiting from the midwest and were so happy to share this space with them for the weekend. We had children with us and there were amenities such as pack and play, high chair, stroller, sand toys, games game games, incredible arcade system (that the adults took part in too!) Etc... the space was clean, open, spacious, beautiful decor, and very cozy. Best part was close walking access to the beach and oceanfront. We were able to walk to the beach day and night for playtime, smores, and some relaxation. I would highly recommend this space and absolutely stay here again.

Great Home for Adults and Older Kids

This is a wonderful home. The owners have thought of everything to make a visitor's stay delightful. I was very impressed by their forethought about what a visitor might need. The kitchen is stocked with everything in terms of plates, cups, glasses, pots and pans, and other utensils that you might need during your stay, for both adults and kids of all ages. The furnishings are very nice, complete, and comfortable. The "game" garage and 2nd floor game room were great for our older kids (ages 8, 10, 13, and 15). Fun for the adults too! The only thing that could make this rental better is to put it right on the beach, but it is only a 5-minute walk to the beach. This is one of the best houses I have ever rented through VRBO!

Fantastic location and house!

The house was clean, the location was great, and we had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious and had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living room with. The garage/game room was a hit with everyone as well. The bedrooms were all comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. The location of the house was perfect. It was only about a 7 minute walk to the beach, but also in a quiet neighborhood. Driving into town was less than 5 minutes which was nice when we wanted to grab something quickly. The host was very friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this house and would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you so much!

Great house for families with kids

Kids (and us) enjoyed the game room, upstairs loft with video games/movies, and the big table for puzzles and poker :) The layout was nice as there weren’t very many stairs and everyone was close by but had their own spaces. The only negative I had was no door on the kids loft (where they slept) so if we were watching a movie downstairs, volume had to be kept low. Heated floors in the bathrooms were a treat! Wii remotes needed batteries (we went and bought some - didn’t see the ones in the laundry room til we were cleaning up). DVD player remotes didn’t work great (probably need new batteries). There is a huge closet of games and puzzles and diploma, which was fun. Fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds/pillows. We pulled the chaise lounge from the bedroom out into the living room for additional seating.

This home is co-owned by a set of grandparents and their son and daughter-in-law who live in the Dundee/Newberg, Oregon area. It was always a dream of the grandparents to own a beach home and it's become a special place for them to gather together as a family. We love this home and have created some great memories on this beach. We are excited to share this special place on the Oregon coast with you and hope you enjoy it at much as we do!

Sandpiper Escape is a perfect home to enjoy all that Pacific City and the surrounding community has to offer! This home works especially well for multi-generational groups, as most of the bedrooms are on the main level. There are activities for people of all ages to enjoy at the home and it's only a 4-5 minute walk to the beach. This home is located in the quiet, gated community of Kiwanda Shores.
