Ihr opulentes Ferienhaus erwartet Sie! Muss man gesehen haben, riesige Räume, ein großartiger Grundriss für Versammlungen und eine riesige Küche, die für alle Ihre Kochbedürfnisse ausgestattet ist.

Dieses Haus verfügt über 2 Master-Suiten (im Haupthaus) mit jeweils Kingsize-Betten und eignet sich daher perfekt für Zusammenkünfte mit mehreren Generationen. Der Schlafraum hat zwei große Betten und STILL bietet viel Platz für Spielereien!

Dieses Haus verfügt auch über ein Bonus-Apartment mit 1 Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss mit einem eigenen Kingsize-Bett und einem Queensize-Schlafsofa, einem kompletten Badezimmer mit Dusch- / Badewannenkombination und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche - perfekt für diejenigen in der Gruppe, die etwas mehr Privatsphäre oder Pause benötigen aus dem Familienchaos.

Die Wohnküche bietet Platz für 8 Personen am Tisch sowie einen Barhocker für weitere 4 Personen an der Theke der Insel.

Die riesige umlaufende Veranda ist der perfekte Ort, um Ihren Morgenkaffee zu genießen und die üppigen Gärten zu genießen. Wenn das Wetter zu kalt ist (oder zu heiß, schließlich ist dies Texas), können Sie Ihren Kaffee in den Wintergarten bringen und die Gärten ohne die Elemente genießen.

Our stay was great. Yes there were some things that we had to work through, but host was on top of it. Nothing major. Pictures do not do house justice. The beds and pillows are really great unfortunately there are a lot of things that need fixing the gas cooktops did not work properly. The fry pans were Teflon coated were in terrible shape and should not be used. Lightbulbs were out all over the place with a little bit of fixing the place would be awesome. Where to start with this one…I guess with the fact that they forgot to verify that the propane tank that supplies the home with gas for cooking and hot water was left empty and the host wasn’t willing or able to have it filled during our stay. Due to this, we had to work with VRBO to relocate 9 people.Dealing with this cost me a day and half of my vacation. On top of that, stained linens were left on the bed in one bedroom.I hate to leave negative reviews but I really feel obligated to let people know they either need to verify that these things have been fixed or look elsewhere.

We sincerely apologize for the propane issue that occurred during your stay. Unfortunately, the propane tank unexpectedly ran empty, which impacted the hot water and cooking gas at the home. As soon as we were made aware of the issue, our team worked extensively throughout the weekend attempting to have the tank refilled. Because the tank is rented, other propane vendors were unable to service it, and the normal propane provider was closed and unresponsive during the weekend. We completely understand how frustrating and disruptive this situation was, especially for a large group, and we regret the inconvenience and stress it caused during your vacation. We did provide a refund for the unused nights after the group relocated. We have also implemented additional preventative procedures, including checking propane levels during every inspection and proactively scheduling refills whenever levels appear low, to help ensure this situation does not happen again.

This is a very spacious and beautiful home! Everyone in our group had a wonderful experience. The kids absolutely loved the pool and outdoor area. The backyard is surrounded by trees so there was lots of privacy. The kitchen was well equipped and there’s a great outdoor bbq area as well. The location was perfect for us. We visited the Austin Aquarium, Barton Springs and toured the Capital. Great family trip to the Austin area!

Enjoyed the stay house very large and spacious, beautiful outdoor grounds swimming pool made our days delightful to enjoy fun times together as a family.House was lacking soap to bathe so bring your own toiletries, and no additional trash bags available. Our large group (12) enjoyed our stay at CasaAzul. The house was clean, comfortable and offered LOTS of space for everyone. The highlight is definitely the backyard / pool area. Pool and outdoor kitchen are great and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Family House

Several of my family members commented on how this house was perfectly met the needs of our family trip to Lake Travis. The children, and the adults, enjoyed swimming in the wonderful pool, and the rooms were large, well-furnished, yet kid friendly. We are so glad we booked this home for our time together.

Very spacious, stocked kitchen

This was a very spacious home, it was able to accommodate our group of 10. The pool and cabana area was perfect for your pool/grill day. There is a garage apartment that is on the second floor.

Even Better than the Pictures!!

This property was absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway with friends! The pictures don't do it justice - the living room is massive, (perfect for movie nights), the pool was clean and just the right temperature, and the kitchen had everything you could need for a weekend at the lake. We really appreciated the snacks, pool towels, and game cabinet throughout our stay; 10/10 would stay again!!

The hills

We absolutely loved the home, we love being outdoors so the outdoor scenery in the backyard was perfect. The home was a great size for us all. Our family will definitely be back. Thank you !

Large family weekend

The house was very nice and spacious, seriously, so much room for everyone, it was great for our large family weekend. The only complaint was the algae in the pool and there was absolutely no shade. They had nice pool towels and everything you need to entertain by the pool from the grill, to the dishes and the utensils

Great pool and outdoor area

The house was perfect for our girls trip. The pool is amazing and we spent most of our time out there. The only negative was the pool guy came during our stay and we had to get out for over an hour while he cleaned it and out a bunch of chemicals in there. There is a ton of fridge and freezer space and a separate ice maker. I loved the garage apartment as a separate space and the circle drive is great for easy access in and out. Would definitely stay there again!

The house was well Kept and beautiful, Only thing I can say is that the fridge wasn’t working and we had bought a lot of food. We had to use the one that was in the garage apartment and go back and forth for what we needed which was a little bit of a hassle. But our kids had a blast

Peaceful Paradise

We enjoyed our annual girls' weekend here and found the house to be perfect for our needs. The spacious layout gave us plenty of room to spread out, and the comfortable beds, with an abundance of pillows and blankets, ensured we all had restful nights. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool and the outdoor seating area. Communication with the management was excellent throughout our stay. One thing to note is that there’s a limit on toilet paper, so it’s a good idea to bring a few extra rolls. The house was well-equipped for cooking, and we were pleasantly surprised by the extra freezer space. We cleaned out the automatic ice machine, and it quickly started making ice for us again. The kitchen easily accommodated multiple cooks, and the living room was a cozy spot to unwind after meals. Overall, this house provided a fantastic space that would be comfortable for multiple families.

Minor problems

We were very disappointed that the barbecue grill did not work. The small grill that was left was too small to accommodate the large steaks we had purchased at a local meat market. We could only get 3 burgers on it at a time. Had we known the large grill did not work ahead of time we could have gotten a larger one to work for a family of 5. One of the reasons we chose this property was the outdoor grill. On a positive note, there was a ton of room. Beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed the enclosed patio. The pool was amazing. We were there for family time and not for sight-seeing. So, we did spend a great deal of time at the location.

We are sorry that the main grill was not working during your stay and had to use the smaller charcoal grill provided. We have since fixed the large gas grill and it is working great. We are glad you found the beds comfortable and the pool amazing.
