The Space:

Breeze 10 is a spacious ground-floor beachfront apartment, ideal for families with older children or friends travelling together.



With the car safely parked away, you can leave the keys behind and walk to Victor Harbor’s cafés, shops, beach and the coastal walking and cycling trail connecting to Port Elliot and Encounter Bay.



The open-plan kitchen, living and dining area creates an easy space to relax together, while the private balcony with BBQ is perfect for slow mornings, outdoor meals and enjoying the coastal atmosphere.



The apartment features:

• Three bedrooms, each with a queen bed.

• Two bathrooms for added convenience.

• Ground-floor access with wheelchair-friendly entry via the rear and lift access from the basement car park.



Parking:

• One allocated basement car space is provided.

• Additional unlimited street parking is available directly in front of the apartment on Flinders Parade.



The Neighborhood:

Breeze 10 puts you right on the Victor Harbor foreshore, with beaches, cafés, shops and coastal walks all within easy reach.



From here, you can:

• Wander along the beachfront to the Granite Island causeway, where you can ride the iconic horse-drawn tram, enjoy a coffee or ice cream, or walk around the island.

• Explore the coastal trails by foot or bike, with beautiful views towards Encounter Bay and The Bluff.

• Watch for dolphins in the bay or whales during migration season from May to August.

• Take a Big Duck boat ride, visit local wineries or enjoy the Fleurieu Peninsula’s farm cafés.

Please note this apartment is strictly NON smoking. you cannot smoke or vape on the balcony either. Please do not book this apartment if you are a smoker. A $200 fine will apply for non compliance.

There is one car park available in the secure basement car park but plenty of parking in the street in front also.

The lift will take you straight from the car park to the apartment.



Our properties are fully self-contained and we supply starter provisions consisting of laundry powder, dish liquid, dishwasher tablets, a dish cloth, bin liners, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper, as well as bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap). A spare roll of toilet paper is provided per toilet. Please note that these complimentary provisions are supplied to get you started for your holiday and are not replenished during your stay. We provide bathroom linen for the number of guests included in your booking only. Please bring your own beach towels. Bathroom linen is strictly not to be used for the beach.



A 25% deposit is required upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your stay. Cancellations made during the refundable period will receive a refund of all payments made, less a $30 cancellation fee.



A pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions. Pricing reflects standard occupancy and associated household use. Accurate guest numbers must be confirmed prior to arrival to ensure the home is prepared and serviced accordingly.



Interaction with Guests:

You will be greeted on arrival if we can. If not, the keys will be in a locked box at the property.
